Location was perfect for getting to Montezuma wildlife refuge. View of the lake was beautiful. House was clean and comfortable. Peaceful setting over looking the lake.

The place was adorable, very clean and provided much needed solace and comfort. The hosts always responded to messages and I would definitely stay here again, if need be.

Our stay was wonderful, and we would rebook this property in a heartbeat. There were many personal touches such as water bottles by each bedside and snacks in the kitchen. Beds were super comfy, layout of home and playroom conducive to relaxed large family gathering, and kitchen supplies well thought out. When we had a minor issue with the front door lock, it was immediately addressed! When I inquired about a drip coffee maker, one was brought to our family within a very short time. If you are thinking about this property, don't hesitate to book!

Themis was our second stay at Wilma’s place and it was fantastic! The home was spacious yet cozy and the area was quiet and beautiful! We were in the area for a graduation and the fire pit provided a wonderful wind down spot for us to meet with friends and relax after the festivities of the day. Would definitely stay at Wilma’s again if we are in the area!

an exceptionally well equipped, airy, and light filled 1 bedroom well situated away from traffic noise in the cute North Winton neighborhood of Rochester. upstairs loft is not noise isolated from kitchen/living room, but sofa is nonetheless quite comfortable as an additional bed. host very helpful and responsive. very, very highly recommended. definitely 10/10.

Fantastic experience, start to finish. The house is perfect for a large group, with so much to do for everyone. Lots of space in the home for everyone. The kitchen is amazing, and has everything you could ever need. Easy communication, super clean. A+ home and host.

This was our second time staying at this listing- it is definitely my favorite! You can hear the waves while sitting on the couch- the views of the lake are endless. The house is squeaky clean and cozy. Will be staying again!

The place is in a quiet neighborhood and there are a few wineries close by. The lake was also a few minutes drive to see. Overall a nice place to stay.

I feel we got exactly what I expected or better from the listing. Comfy bed with lots of pillows, liked the living room area a lot. The only downsides have already been mentioned in other reviews - spotty WiFi, sulfur water smell, and a tight fit for my broad shouldered husband to fit on the toilet. The first 2 things just feel like a living in the country situation. I still give it 5 stars anyway. I would recommend this place to anyone who wouldn’t mind those things. Chris was always easy to deal with!

Donna’s place was absolutely perfect! The apartment is beautifully remodeled, sparkling clean, and had everything we needed—and more. We came to visit family and it truly felt like a home away from home. We plan to stay here every time we visit moving forward. Highly recommend!

We stayed here due to a convention in downtown. The place was far enough away to be quiet but close enough to walk (10 mins). Convenient, easy to check in even late at night, and Kendra was helpful and responsive. I would stay here again if i ever find myself in Rochester again! thank you!

Loved our time here. It was a great location and the waterfall was a bonus. We enjoyed evening walks around town and the local area. The space was exactly what we saw on the website and was great for all our needs. Was very thankful for the great directions from check in procedures down to how to work the TV. We were able to watch our favorite hockey team (Minnesota Frost) even if we are not great with streaming services thanks to the directions. BONUS big TV. Thank you

All as described and great location to explore the area. Highly recommend Battle Street Brewery a short walk away for beer and charcuterie boards.

We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect to walk and grab some food down the street. We really like the design of the home and the overall layout was perfect. A very nice overall feel and vibe to the place. The host were helpful but not ever intrusive.

It is a very quiet place, with an excellent view, around with a touch of security and peace. Everything is very clean, its comfortable beds, and its spacious living room is a nice place if you don’t want to go out. We are a family of 4 where we have a lot of fun. Thank you for the attention in the chat upon our arrival.

Kristin’s place is as exactly as the pictures posted. The view from the porch is gorgeous! We did not have a chance to go down to the beach but looks very nice! House was clean and as expected , host very responsive and helpful .

5 star place to stay if you're looking to get out in nature with a bit of night life too! Close to area trails and attractions. Bed was comfy, the home is clean with ask the amenities. Looking forward to returning!

Nice clean place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay with clean accommodations and well stocked. The only thing I would consider adding is a washer and dryer for convenience.

This space is truly a great find in great neighborhood near the University of Rochester. We had booked this property for 4 months through the winter. Having use of the garage was a great bonus. No scraping! Neighborhood is very walkable and several good restaurants are nearby. Elizabeth was an excellent host. She was very communicative and accommodating. You can't go wrong booking this lovely property.

This apartment was very convenient to the locations we were headed to. Did a day trip to Niagara Falls. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. One thing to take into consideration when choosing this place is the fact that it’s in the heart of town. We were awakened early in the morning from the traffic and garbage truck.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at The Place! Swain was a very quiet and peaceful area (though I'm sure it gets busier during ski season), and we felt safe and enjoyed the privacy. While we did have to drive a bit for restaurants and activities, the condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment that allowed us to cook meals during our stay, and also had a variety of board games for entertainment. The wifi was very spotty, but that was not a huge concern for our stay. One other thing I want to note was that there were some clothes left in closets and used toiletry items in the bathroom cabinets; I was not bothered by it since everything was very clean, but just a heads up if anyone is not comfortable with that. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels, and the wood fireplace was nice for chillier nights. Overall, I have to say that the condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations - the pictures really do not do it justice!
