An impeccable place to stay. We loved the garden and the surrounding area! Sig. Giovanna and Sig. Fausto were very responsive and gave us good advice regarding daily shopping. A heartfelt thank you to both! We really enjoyed the path through the condominium to campulongustrand in the truest sense of the word. The beach is gently sloping and the water is wonderfully transparent. We were amazed by the beautiful dense lawn that surrounds the house and the variety of existing plants. Mrs. Bianca and her husband were really super helpful and kind. They waited for us until we arrived even though we were late for check-in and explained everything by thread and sign of the house. They made us find the washed and ironed sheets even though we let them know the day before. The house is perfect for both couples and families as it has a loft with two extra sun loungers. It is comfortable and quiet and is equipped with every comfort (washing machine, kitchen equipment, fridge, clothes rack, etc.). You can get around on foot as it is very close to downtown and has a parking space. We will definitely consider it for any future reservations. Thank you

We had a wonderful time at the villa! It's a stylish, well-designed, and well-built property just a short walk from a fantastic beach and a quick drive to grocery stores and great restaurants. The thoughtfully designed outdoor space features beautiful landscaping and plenty of seating and dining areas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The welcoming hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make us feel at home. We highly recommend this villa for a truly memorable vacation.

We were happy to stay in Anna's apartment. The apartment is as you see in the pictures. Every detail is so thoughtful in the house and we didn't miss anything, there was even more than we expected! There is everything that makes you feel as home! :) We enjoyed sitting on the balcony eating breakfast and just relaxing. Convenient parking near the house. Anna is very responsive and it was easy to communicate. I totally recommend staying in her place!
