Very kind and helpful host, she picked up the kids at the station, with early check-in, and picked them up after the concert, to bring them home. Really exquisite and very kind person, as a parent I could not imagine that she was so loving and concerned for them, so much so that she went to pick them up after the concert at the stadium to take them home (there were no buses available at that time). Definitely a host to be recommended for the dedication and care she puts towards her guests. The house was also equipped with everything, spacious, cozy and very clean, as well as having food and not just for breakfast. Brava Alice, exquisite host.

My wife and I found this accommodation suited our needs: we appreciated the attention to detail, order and cleanliness. Being on the slopes of Monte Conero, it offered us the possibility of a nice excursion and in the evening we were able to refresh ourselves from the fatigue by dining in a nearby restaurant.

Unfortunately, it was just a mini-vacation! the place is comfortable for two couples, with well-structured double amenities. Impeccable linens and air conditioning. we didn't use the kitchen but it was fully equipped. For a long vacation there is also a washing machine. Also great is the small parking at the end of the street only about twenty meters away.
