This is a great house to stay in. It has 2 good sized bedrooms. Beds are really comfortable and there is plenty of storage. The kitchen has everything you need and Lina left us coffee, sugar and a few other essentials. The living / dining room is large with air conditioning. The roof terrace is amazing with fabulous outlook on Funchal. Parking on road outside was never a problem. 5mins drive to centre but there are also a couple of buses which pass nearby.

Staying with Agnieszka was a unique experience for our first Madeira vacation. The place was clean and very nicely decorated and is a little hidden in the middle of a small banana plantation. We immediately felt very welcome and were able to enjoy our stay very much! For anyone looking for a quiet place with sea views in the middle of many plants, but still want to quickly start a day trip in Madeira, we can highly recommend the place. :)

Casa da Janela is a super home and a base for exploring Madeira. The garden overlooks the ocean and hills. It's green and quiet around. The home is large and has all the necessary amenities, we didn't miss anything. Ponta Delgada is located in the north of the island, practically in the middle. It was easy to get anywhere. I recommend it!

We highly recommend this place! The apartment is spacious and tidy, and the balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets. Jorge was very helpful throughout the stay!

Our stay in Emanuel's house was perfect. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the Atlantic - the morning view and the sunset are very peaceful. It's quiet and the house is comfortable with enough space. The location is near the harbor, where there are several restaurants (and the grocery store and a pharmacy) - one can even walk there and take a taxi back, if needed (it's a steep hill to walk up). Emanuel is a terrific host, always replied very fast, was very helpful and offered many tips. I can only highly recommend to stay in Emanuel's house!

TLDR: Sofia and her place rock. Don’t stay anywhere else on Madeira. Sofia’s place is one of the best Air BnBs we have ever stayed in. The views from the porch and balcony are beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The house has a chill, calming vibe, especially with some music playing and a breeze blowing through the open windows. The kitchen has everything you could ever need to cook with and serve food on. Plates, bowls, pots, pans galore! We spent most of our time at Sofia’s place eating or lounging on the front porch. If you don’t feel like cooking, the eclectic Joe’s Bar is about 100 steps from the house, depending on your stride. Everything on the menu is fresh and delicious. The staff is delightful. Jardim do Mar is a hidden gem on Madeira. The town is clean and well taken care of. There is something special around each corner. Great food at Joe’s Bar. Stone benches with stunning views of the waves as they crash against the sea wall. Beautiful plants.

Great apartment for exploring Madeira. Clean and modern. The hosts were very helpful and provided a great overview of the island and things to do when checking in.

bonjour, great stay in Madeira. a large and pleasant apartment when you came home in the evening. Restaurant addresses with typical menus. One in the very authentic village,one by the beach with local guests. The seaside is a stone's throw away for evening walks. Everything helped make us have a great stay.

We stayed with our group of friends, consisting of 5 people, for 10 days in the accommodation. We were able to reach all planned excursions in a manageable time by rental car. The location is simply great and you can't get enough of the view from the house. Miguel and Rodrigo can be reached at any time and they respond directly. Even if something is missing (larger pans,...) they make sure you get it. It was an unforgettable holiday for us and we were definitely not in Madeira the last time! Just recommend to everyone.

The house is very spacious, nice, clean and maintained. It has everything you need for a longer stay. Our kids loved the pool. The place is rather quiet (just some dog barking occasionally) and small but beautiful. There are restaurants and a cafe with mini market. A larger supermarket is about 10-15 minutes away. A rental car makes sense if you live in Porto da Cruz and want to make excursions. There are also buses. The car can be parked on the premises. Access to the house is possible without extremely steep roads (as it often exists in Madeira). We felt very comfortable in the house for 2 weeks and can highly recommend it.

Top location, conveniently located to the city and the airport. Incredible views, the best you can get and the house is fully equipped with everything you can think of! Hosts are really sweet and are really proactive with anything you might need. Definitely coming back again!

It was a beautiful property and we will definitely stay here if we come back to the island.

Jorge's home is amazing and we really loved staying there. The pool and BBQ area is a real bonus. Supermarket close by and a nice downhill walk into town. On major bus routes so easy to get around. We had to cut our stay short due to family illness, Jorge was really understanding and helpful. His family really made our stay special and we will definitely be back as we have so much of Madeira to see.

The house was spacious and clean. We appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool was nice and had a great sunset view. Note: the house is on a very, very steep hill and if you rent a car it will need to be small to fit into the garage, and powerful enough to get up the hills. The wifi was a bit frustrating because it didn’t work upstairs in the bedrooms, so we blew through data quickly if we wanted to be online in our rooms.

Fantastic property. Everything about it was wonderful. Among the top properties in Paul do Mar and an easy walk to anywhere in town. Private parking was nice. Property has everything one would need and is very clean. Pool is amazing. Small supermarket and cafe are a very short walk and plenty of dining options available. The best restaurant, the fish market, is directly next door. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and comfortable bed. My only suggestion would be to upgrade/refresh the pillows. We will definitely return and for a stay in Paul do Mar, this is probably the property that you would want to choose.

Lovely garden and my daughter loved picking oranges herself and squeezing them to juice for breakfast.

The home is located in a very peaceful and quiet city, perfect if you want to get away from the crowds and visit the western and upper part of the island. Antonio was very hospitable and welcoming :)

We had a pleasant stay. A beautiful, spacious cottage with a lovely veranda. Excellent home base to explore the island. If something happens unexpectedly, the host will always be there for you. Very friendly and pleasant going.

We absolutely loved staying at Lino's little place called Heaven. It was very comfortable and peaceful. You can catch the 31a bus right outside which takes you straight into Funchal centre. There were beautiful views from the apartment and it had all you could need. Lino was so helpful, kind and accommodating for our entire stay. He arranged to have us collected from the airport and personally took us back when we were due to fly home. He even arranged our whale watching tour. Funchal has lots to do, and you can certainly fill 5 days which is what we did. It is a beautiful place filled with some lovely people. And we cannot wait to go back. Thank you Lino for our stay and Madeira for being amazing xx

A private own kingdom a bit up in the hills. What a awesome place to recover and aswell start expeditions to rhe city and the wild of Madeira. Perfect for a couple, everything is taken care of really well from Richard. Kitchen was already stocked with all basics and a lil sweet surprise as a welcome. Highly recommended!

Frederica's house is a spacious and nice house, with a large garden. At all times of the day, there is sun or shade somewhere. It is in the quiet west of Madeira. The road on which it is located is very stylish. The sunsets are magnificent. Communication is to the point.
