They both are friendly and good communication. The place is so cozy and feels like home. We love it! Perfect space and good location to drive in town.

We had a wonderful time staying at Nicolo's apartment while skiing in the beautiful dolomites. Nicolo was an extremely responsive and helpful host and the apartment was very well equipped. It is about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Cortina where there are lots of lovely bars and restaurants. It is a bit far to walk to the ski lifts in ski equipment but there are ski buses (S31) from very close to the apartment which can take you to and from the slopes. We had a fantastic time and would definitely love to return one day.

We would give both Laura and her place 100/10! Quaint? Check. Well appointed? Double check. Responsive to our (few) questions? Triple check! Super walkable location with no car? Check! We would happily stay here over and over. ❤️🧡💛

A very cosy place situated in a quite neighbourhood away from busy Cortina. Ideal for 2 people as a base to go hiking. Views from the balcony though a bit chilly when we were there.
