Monthly Rentals in Cabiano

We stayed for a week in August. Well furnished, tidy and very clean apartment. Quiet area and above all comfortable to the sea (50 meters from the beach). Super available host.

It was 28 beautiful, intense, tiring days, that tiredness that gives you satisfaction at the end of the day, for doing beautiful things and seeing wonderful places. Thanks to the location of the accommodation, we were able to enjoy, Marche and Abruzzo, 2 regions unknown and surprising to us. Beautiful lands, culture, tradition and succulent foods. Sincere and friendly people. After spending the whole day in the mountains, hills, lakes, rivers, sea, returning home was the most coveted thought, to enjoy the peace, silence, view and views of the vineyards. Giuliana's house is magical, for its location and for the space it offers, indoor and outdoor. We could have left without any luggage and find out when we arrived at the farmhouse, everything we needed. The availability and help we were offered, in the time of need, were exemplary. Everything was very nice, anyone looking for serenity, they have to stay in that farmhouse! My dog is reborn too! Thank you for everything!

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

We stayed from August 10-21. Carlo was very kind and helpful right away. The apartment is very nice and practical for small families. It is located in the center and in August Ripatransone offers many activities, so easy to reach. When we returned from the sea, we never moved because the proposed activities were ideal for those with a small child like ours. Great experience and thank you to Carlo and Elena for your kindness!
