Simone and Giulia are lovely people who are always ready to be of service. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped, and quietly located in the vineyards and olive trees. We strongly recommend!

The stay in this apartment was just perfect! The house is exactly as described (indeed, even more beautiful in person), very clean, with attention to detail and equipped with every comfort. The location is excellent, convenient to reach everything easily, but also quiet and peaceful. Check-in was easy and the host was extremely helpful, kind and attentive: he provided us with all the necessary information and also great advice on restaurants and places to visit. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to have a pleasant and carefree stay. I would definitely go back!

What a great idea to enable campers to occupy a piece of this farm / riding school. You are surrounded by horses, and you need to understand what this means:) you smell horse, hay, in the heat there are some flies and mosquitos.. but this is to be expected when you choose this kind of an adventure. The host was great, he came out to greet us, explain everything and also responded very quickly. No problems whatsovever, and any camper will appreciate the hot shower, clean toilett, access to a fridge, kitchen and coffee. The horses made this experience unforgettable. Thank you!

Giovanni’s apartment is suitable located for exploration of Rimini, San Marino and surrounding areas. It is in a quiet, residential area, the car park is very safe, private, behind locked gates. The apartment is very modern; you will not miss anything for shorter and longer stays, the washing machine is a great plus. The bed is comfortable. Giovanni is very helpful, a humorous and friendly person, a real pleasure to meet him. I got help with the checking-in and was told how everything works, which saved a lot of time. Very much recommendable!
