Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Brighton and Hove

This was a lovely, very comfortable place to stay. Leigh was very bright, cheerful, kind and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel at home and made very welcome. A perfect host and a perfect place to stay. It is close to the sea and lots of cafes and restaurants. There is also a good bus service to Brighton town centre. Best place to stay.

A lovely little flat right in the middle of the laines. We had a great stay. The flat is gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating with some really nice treats left for us. The ladies at the Flower Pot were also super friendly and helpful: thank you so much!

The accommodation was exactly as advertised, tidy, clean and compact. The only negative was the smell in bathroom which I suspect was due to stagnant water in the shower trap. We ran the water which seemed to clear the smell. The cleaning fee was also quite steep considering the size of the property. Apart from that we had a very pleasant stay. We love Brighton.

We had an amazing stay at Aziz’s place in brighton. He is a lovely host and we felt right at home. The house is walking distance from the beach with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. You won’t be disappointed with the stay.

Three of my friends and I stayed at Maxwell’s Airbnb for pride weekend. It was a last minute booking for a central apartment over looking the city. His responses were very quick from initial booking all the way till the end of our stay. The flat was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a weekend getaway. Thank you Maxwell for letting us stay there!

Lovely place to stay near the stadium. I stayed here twice now when I went to Brighton games. Great value for the price. Fabian is a lovely and welcoming host.

I fell in love with Pamela and Paul's house. It's a unique feeling to be a guest in a house and feel yourself at home. Everything is so thought out and comfortable and beautiful. An oasis with a collection of art, where you are treated with attention and your comfort is taken care of. I’ll miss the wonderful and friendly Tony the dog. It was a happy three days. I was very lucky to be Paula and Paul's guest. With many thanks and love!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hanna's apartment for a period of a month. The moment we arrived, the house felt warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect home base for the three of us. The house was very convenient, with everything functioning perfectly. At the back, there’s a beautifully sloped garden that feels like being surrounded by nature, along with a charming summer house ideal for days with nice weather. Even though our stay coincided with cold and stormy weather, we still appreciated the garden's atmosphere. The designated parking area was also very helpful, especially when we rented a car during part of our stay. In summary, we lacked nothing, and our stay was very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Lovely welcoming hosts and very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Would definitely return. Bus into Brighton and Hove is super convenient, basically on the doorstep.

Nice, clean and quiet accommodation. Out of town centre but a nice walk along seafront or frequent bus service just around the corner.

Fantastic stay at Matt’s house. He was extremely helpful - letting us check in early and check out late, setting up a single bed for our son and helping with parking queries etc. Really recommend for families looking to stay in a great home and a really family friendly area right by a playground, loads of cafes and a quick and easy walk to the beach. Thankyou for accommodating us at short notice - would definitely stay again.

My staying at Jacqui’s house was amazing!!! Very friendly, went beyond my speciations!!! Jacqui is not a super host, she is a mega host!!! I will definitely recommend the place and whenever I am in Brighton I know already the place to stay in!!!! ❤️

Amazing stay, we booked last minute and Joshua replied super fast and was very accommodating! The place was absolutely gorgeous and the hot tub was an extra bonus. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again ⭐️

Had a great time in Ziggys, she is very friendly and helpful. The flat is spotless and restful. Would recommend for anyone wanting a place to stay as it is close to trains and buses so makes it simply and easy to get around the whole of Sussex. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing you again Ziggy thank you so much for everything.
