There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

Artist’s Regency home in the most beautiful Regency square in central Hove, a stone’s throw from the beach. Fabulous high ceilings, quirky art, dining room, walled garden, 2 very cosy kind sized beds, galley kitchen, 2 en-suite bathrooms, wonderful local bars & restaurants and very peaceful surroundings in the heart of our small city. Superhost for 7 years, usually renting these rooms separately, but my new oven and induction hob have encouraged me to rent the entire place!
