Vacation rentals with beach access in Brighton and Hove

It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

It has been a pleasure to stay here. The communication with Clare, the co-owner, was second to none. She helped with all questions and was kind enough to allow us to leave bags on our early arrival so that we could take in the sights easily. There was also a pint of milk and a bottle of bubbles left which was so kind. The apartment was stunning with amazing views and the best location. I am now trying to think of other occasions so we can come back for another stay. It truly is a MUST for anyone wanting to stay in Brighton. 100% recommend!!!!

Lee & Sue's place was very modern, clean, great location and the host was very friendly and literally saved us by letting us checking early as we had to leave our previous aisbnb and couldn't pick my car from locked car park so had to be on the street with little baby and lots of luggage. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing weekend in Brighton! The place was perfect for our group of 12. Would definitely recommend for a large group it was really comfortable and the hosts were so helpful and very responsive

Mark's house was perfect for us to visit my family in Brighton and Hove. Everywhere walkable or by bus. Great to be so close to the beach and shops. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Mark responded immediately to my messages. My granddaughter loved her bedroom at the top of the house!

Jonathan was a great host who quickly responded to any messages. The house is well equipped and had anything you need for your stay, great clear instructions for any appliances etc.

We had such a great stay at Cat and Andy’s place! The place was clean, tidy, and super spacious! The pictures did not do it justice. We’ve been coming to Brighton fairly regularly for 10 years and Janye’s house has been the best accommodation we’ve found. A peaceful spot, perfectly sized for our family of 4, tastefully decorated and with a car park space, which is a premium in Brighton. The best thing for us though is the location. A 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes the other way is Preston street which is full of restaurants, 15-20 minutes to the Laines with its independent shops, cafes etc. and only a few doors away is a great pub - the lion and lobster. Would highly recommend and we will we will try to book again when we’re next visiting.

The property was lovely and really well kitted out. A central location that is within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. David’s communication was great from start to finish.

Fabulous apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our favourite part was the huge window and balcony for enjoying the views in the sunshine. The kitchen is well equipped to be able to cook meals, which we did a couple of times. Perfect location for exploring Brighton and walking distance to really nice bars & restaurants. This place looked great in the listing but is even more lovely in person.

Spacious and bright place in a nice location. not too far from the beach but a quieter area. convenient. it was a good base.

Philip is a great host! Very friendly and helpful. He provided a beautiful welcome basket for us and some milk in the fridge. The apartment is very spacious with comfy sofas, and has a lovely outlook onto the seafront. Great shower and hot water aplenty. It’s situated far enough away from the bustle of the city, but within walking distance of everything we needed for our short break. There’s a good range of restaurants and take outs nearby too. All in all a lovely stay in Brighton.

We had a lovely stay here with a group of friends. The apartment was beautiful and the host was extremely helpful. There was lots to do in the area with Brighton pier being within walking distance and we would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you! 😁

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and surprisingly spacious for two people. The large living room with a comfortable sofa and TV made it easy to relax. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There are quite a few stairs—steps up to the front door, the flat is on the first floor, and there are steep steps down to the bathroom. These were manageable for us, but something to consider if you have any mobility issues. Although slightly set back from the seafront, it’s only a five-minute walk to the beach. It’s also within easy walking distance of several lovely restaurants and eateries. Overall, a lovely place to stay!
