Feel inspired by the original & quirky vintage finds all around this light-filled loft space, with it's bank of huge for to ceiling velux windows. Our house is situated in a peaceful part of lovely Hove, we are very close to the beach (only 7 minutes walk!). There are some really lovely cafes and pubs close by too. Perfect for a weekend getaway for two. You can reach the centre of Brighton by Bus, or if you bring your bikes - a 15 minute cycle ride along the seafront. We have made sure that your studio space is completely self contained with everything guest will need. If you would like to have your breakfast in our lovely secluded garden, you are more than welcome. Just let us know the night before and we will make sure it's all set up and ready for you. We are usually here and on hand if you need us, but of course we are more than happy, if you'd like to keep yourselves to yourselves. It's your weekend and we want you to have the best possible stay! Seven minutes' walk from the beach, the neighbourhood is quiet and family-friendly. Hove has many indie shops, lovely outdoor cafes, and brilliant pubs. Brighton centre is very accessible by frequent buses, or a pleasant bike ride along the seafront. Buses are brilliant here. Frequent and stop at both ends of our road. 15 minutes into Brighton, and about 40 minutes to Worthing. Our nearest train station is 10 minutes walk, and Hove station is about 25 minutes walk from the house. We do have two dogs (a cockerpoo and a very old bearded collie) living in the house. They are very sweet and friendly but we are always sure not to let them disturb our guests.

Tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Dressing gowns for guests's use so they feel comfortable when going for a shower. Desk with lamp, books Garden table & chairs outside.

Please note, apart from breakfast and making drinks, the kitchen is not a shared space & isn't available for cooking by guests Guests from all backgrounds are welcome.

2 Cosy Rooms in Great House

This is our family home. It is not a whole home rent. This is comfy rooms for a night or two stay with no self-catering facilities. Rottingdean is a 10 minute bus ride away from the centre of Brighton and 30 minutes by car from Gatwick. Newhaven ferry is a 30 minute drive from us. If you want to see the city but want to stay in the relative peace of a lively and historic village this place is for you.

This spacious bedroom, with super king bed and en suite, means you have the top floor to yourself in our family home. Complete with tea and coffee making facilities. This is my smallest room and has a wall of Disney mugs. It's at the top of the house. There is a shared shower room the floor below and towels and breakfast is included. The room has a double bed, bedside lights, television and a little hanging /storage space. Guests may use the dining room for laptop work or for preparing meals.
