Vacation rentals with a patio in Breckenridge

Absolutely superb condo right in the heart of center village. Head outside the lobby and all of the shops, restaurants, and resort amenities are literally steps away. The condo is smartly designed and well stocked. High quality towels and linens were appreciated. Outdoor “balcony” is more accurately described as an outdoor dining / seating area/ reading space as it’s huge. While a visit to another condo required to collect/return key cards, it’s super easy and completely understandable given how close to the mountain base and shops this condo is. We are really hoping this condo is available when we return in March/April.

A 5 star process from start to finish. Sheila was a great host and was proactive in communicating with me. Sheila also went the extra mile to make our check in process as easy as possible. The condo itself is in a great location, I’ve spent the last few years staying at others in the surrounding area, but none of them were as nice as this. The condo was spacious, clean, and updated. The parking was easy and the hot tub was great. Overall a can’t miss stay

This was the perfect place for a little escape into the mountains! Miriam's place was exactly what I needed to disconnect and spend time in the great outdoors! It was not far from Buena Vista and Breckenridge, which made it convenient for exploring the areas around!

We loved our stay! It was comfy, roomy, and well stocked. The location was great. We were within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, the bike rec path, and some hiking trails. We only took the car out once to go to a trailhead. Check-in was easy, parking was close, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing view just like the pictures on Airbnb. Drove to Breck one day and it was a quick 20 minute drive.

Great stay, and quiet at the end of summer. Easy to get to, and enjoyed having garage parking.

I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED MY STAY! Rae’s place is centrally located and is clean and spacious. It’s super close to shopping, several restaurants and a grocery store. Lighting a fire and sitting in the living room was my favorite place. As you look out of the patio door you get pristine views of Dillon lake! The view is absolutely stunning and it’s postcard perfect! The kitchen is fully stocked to match any cooking ideas during your stay. As an avid skier there are multiple resorts between 15-30 minutes away. Finding somewhere more special than this place is a challenging task! The views are a 10 out of a 10!!!

Darcie’s place is amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved staying here. The outside spaces were our favorite part, but the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice and clean, and the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again, everything about the house is prefect.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hex cabin! The location was in a very private setting with quick access to Peak eight and the gondola to get into town. The cabin itself was well appointed and as advertised on the listing. Megan made check-in seamless and she was very responsive with the few questions that we had. The kids absolutely loved the bunkbeds and it was a plus to have smart TVs in every room with all of the streaming Platforms available! We enjoyed our mornings and evenings in the new hot tub, surrounded by pines and peace! This was a great value given the Fourth of July weekend, we will definitely be returning!!

Carroll’s house was the perfect fall getaway for our family of 5. The house had everything we needed for our two year old and our twin 6 year olds. We hiked during the day and enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit in the evenings. The downstairs game room was a great spot for us all to hang out before bed. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back in the future.

I celebrated my 40th birthday here and it was amazing. Marilee was very helpful and responded very quickly to the few hang ups I had *user error*. I loved the location, loved the layout, and absolutely loovvved the views of the surrounding area. Peaceful, quiet, and far enough away from the town where you can truly enjoy seculded but not so far that you feel as if you're in the middle of nowhere I look forward to coming back and exploring more

Stunning home with everything one could need. The house itself is amazing, from the cleanliness and decor to the breathtaking views. Perfect location! This home gives you everything you need to enjoy your stay without having to ever leave the house. Woody has been the best host and always available for whatever may be needed. We have recommended this home to many already and cannot wait to visit again!

Beautiful place tucked in the woods with a wonderful view of a mountain lake, wilderness, and mountains. Only 5 minutes from downtown Breckenridge - easy to get to. Well appointed, comfortable, clean, and classy house. Big kitchen that's well equipped & easy to use. It overlooks a pretty busy road, which brings some road noise. But the beauty and comfort of the house outweighs this. Would definitely recommend and would come again!

We loved our stay at Boulder Bend. Cyle and Shelly are the best. Responsive, proactive, they let us check in one day earlier due to a snow storm coming up. That was amazing. The house is cozy and beautiful. The location is stunning. We got 8 inches of snow and couldn’t ask for a more magical thanksgiving week. The house has everything you need and was warm the entire time. We did not feel cold inside. My daughter did not want to come out of the hot tub while snowing, and kept saying the tub was one of the best features of our vacation. It was the most amazing time we could have asked for. We will be back.

We had a fantastic time at Taylor’s place! It was perfect for my wife, my three daughters, and me—plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. The location is great, close to restaurants on Main Street. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home truly lived up to its name – it was incredibly cozy and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Every single detail and piece of decor was thoughtfully placed, creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was clear that the hosts put a lot of care into making sure everything was organized and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the music album wall – as big music lovers, it was such a unique and special touch! The views from the house were absolutely breathtaking. We were treated to an unforgettable sunset that seemed to get more beautiful by the minute, with colors shifting in the sky that felt almost unreal. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Their thoughtfulness really made the experience even more special. We can’t wait to stay here again and will definitely be recommending it to everyone we know.

A beautiful place to stay at and not to far from a lot of attractions. The view from the balcony was amazing.

We really loved staying here - great location and super clean, and perfect location to ski school, the gondola, and restaurants. Perfect for us and our 2 young girls. Well stocked, etc. Only note is that there is street note, but the hosts provide ear plugs which makes it completely fine. The other note is that if you are planning to ski the day of check out, make sure you park in the River Run (free) parking lot by 8 am. We didn’t move our car until the 10 AM check out time, and the lot was full so had to drive 4 miles out of town for parking and shuttle back in. Just awareness for anyone on logistics. Thanks for an amazing stay!

This stay was top-notch all the way around. I was there for 2 weeks and wished I had booked two more. The place was clean, tasteful and well laid out. The view is gorgeous and uplifting. You’ll like it here.

The location was amazing, great view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The area had good restaurants and activities close by. The place was warming, clean and was easy to find. Richard was a great host. He was very proactive in communicating prior to my arrival and was quick to reply to answer all my questions. Will definitely be back.
