This was the perfect spot for out long ski weekend! the host was kind enough to let us even check in early due to severe weather coming to the mountains to accomodate us leaving a bit earlier! Plenty of sleeping space without it feeling overly crowded. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub felt so secluded with a beautiful view! Overall great experience!

Seth’s place in Breckenridge was an absolute gem! The house itself was spacious, well-decorated, and had a warm, welcoming feel. It offered great privacy, which made it feel like a peaceful retreat after a day of skiing or exploring the town. The location was ideal—just a short drive to the heart of downtown, where you can easily access shops, restaurants, and the slopes. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the amenities were top-notch. Seth was a fantastic host, always available if we had any questions or needed recommendations. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Breckenridge! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient spot.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Breckenridge! Close enough to town where it’s convenient, yet far away enough where it’s peaceful and private. Great size for a large groups, perfectly clean, with a responsive host. Instructions were clear and reasonable, and the checkout process was a breeze. Highly recommend this place to any group looking to spend time in Breckenridge!

Place was very spacious, comfortable, and enjoyable. The host was great with communication and fixed the one small issue we had right away. The place was awesome for our baby with the pack-and-play, changing mat, and highchairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Had an excellent stay at Darice's home, nestled in hillside just above Breckenridge, was a perfect spot for our family birthday celebration! Darice did an excellent job of communicating up to the stay and everything exceeded our expectations. We'll be back again!

Perfect cabin with ample space for our family. The house has comfortable beds, nice quality furniture and a luxury feel. The community amenities are lovely. Took me less than 25 mins to get to keystone for skiing. The house is surrounded by lovely aspen trees and there are nice mountain views, especially from the master bedroom. Andy was a communicative and responsive host. We hope to be back one day!

I will say my family and I very much enjoyed the home, we came on a family ski trip. About 10-15 minute walk to the slopes! Can't beat that and just a few minutes from the downtown area with restaurants and all. The home itself was very nice and was perfect for my family. Highly recommend and if we come back to Breckenridge this would be one of the first places i'd look at for coming back. Otherwise no complaints with the place and host was very nice/responsive!

The house was nicely laid out, with a place to work in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with spices, etc. and paper products so no need to shop for these items which was so nice. In the winter, you can drive your car and park at the French Creek bus stop, then take the bus with skis. Also, there are hiking trails starting right behind the clubhouse, an easy walk from the house with our dogs. Note that you do have to walk on the main road to get to the next street with the trails. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great! Short drive to breckenridge loved everything!

I stayed a few nights in this condo with my teenaged kids and it was perfect. The place is nice and comfortable and accommodated us well. It is an easy walk to downtown amd an easy drive to Copper. The condo is well set up for dogs. Our dog made himself right at home in the provided dog bed. And the neighbors were very friendly - even snow blowing our side of the driveway for us!

House was in great shape and perfect distance away from the ski slopes to avoid the major crowds while still being close. Also walkable around a great small town with lots to do. Ion also helped us out tremendously and was always extremely responsive to every need we had.

This was an amazing location for our group of 14! Of course Keystone is nearby but being only 30 minutes to Copper Mountain and 15 to ABasin was huge for the Ikon passholders in the group. Mentioning skiing, I want to thank Ellen for allowing her guests to use the ENTIRE GARAGE. We had the ability to ditch skis and park cars in the 2-car garage which was amazing for staging in the morning. The full-size bunk beds were way bigger than I'd imagined and a great surprise for those sleeping in them. Our group really enjoyed the large dining table and living room area for playing board games and eating dinner. We also got plenty of use of the pool table upstairs. Honestly felt like Kings and Queens with the close proximity to amazing skiing, but also with the private feel of the house. It is not connected to other houses and backs up against a beautiful mountain-side so it was amazing. The host was extremely quick to get any questions answered/addressed when we had need.

Home is in a great location! Just a few minutes from a lot of restaurants, grocery store, shopping outlets, movie theater and recreation center. Also just a short drive to a couple of local ski areas. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for 10 people or two families. I like that the 3 upstairs rooms have king beds. The living room is very spacious and I like the back deck area and the sun room. For the area and the time or year, I feel the price was very fair. It's also just a short walk out the back door to the community club house that features a hangout area, bathrooms, sauna, hot tub and heated pool.

My friends and I loved our stay here! The views are incredible, and the place had really comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. The hot tubs were great and we took advantage of snow shoeing one day. Would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a little mountain getaway!

Just book it now! The condo was perfect, it’s even bigger than it looks. Beds and pillows are very comfy! You can easily walk into town or take the shuttle. Ideal location!l, same for the lift, location is amazing. There was everything you need to get started- soap, trash bags, shampoo, etc. Even k cups! It was really nice to have some basics taken care of after a travel day. Plenty of family games to play after a long day. We loved uno and monopoly, our kids really enjoyed the train set. Having a washer and dryer was great. The kitchen was stocked for cooking a nice meal. We loved the pool and hot tub- highly suggest trying to do go day 1. Laura was by far the best host we’ve ever had and it really made our vacation. I am superhost myself and I took notes. From tips on gear, what to do, restaurants, etc. She was amazing. She really shared her love of Breckenridge and it has me sad to leave and looking for dates to return.🤙💕🤩

A very nice Condo in Breck, very close to town. It’s about a 0.2 mile walk to the nearest ski lift and we found that to be doable and saved the hassle of the morning lineup at the gondola. Perfect spot for a ski trip to Breck!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the hot tub—it made our stay extra special. The location was also excellent, close to Frisco’s main street, and fairly close to multiple ski resorts in the area.

We had a wonderful visit at Nicole’s place. It was perfect for 2 couples and kids. Location was close to Frisco Main Street and the ski resorts. We loved the wood burning fireplace and using the hot tubs after a long day on the slopes. Nicole was extremely helpful and even reached out mid trip to ensure we were enjoying the stay. Highly recommend!
