Noelle’s place was perfect for me and my husband for our birthday weekend getaway. Great value, clean, easy check in and the bed was comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the landing and downtown. Loved the extras- she had a birthday banner and fresh cookies left for us when we arrived.

We enjoyed our stay . Maryann was very helpful and a great host. The condo was clean, supplies were great, and amenities were enjoyed. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time in the Reeds Spring/Branson area! This cozy cottage condo had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our stay. The back balcony/porch area was so nice and we especially liked the swing. The view is so relaxing, something to enjoy every day and the added snowfall was perfect. Thank you Julie!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is small and cozy but perfect for 4 adults. Everything was clean and as described. Conveniently located to get anywhere. It was very peaceful and quiet there. That was the first condo that we stayed where you couldn't hear the neighbors. We would definitely stay there again.
