My family and I had a wonderful weekend at Beverly Beach House. We stayed here to celebrate my sister's birthday and explore Salem, which was only a ten-minute drive away—making it very convenient and affordable. The town of Beverly is charming, with a great selection of restaurants that added to our experience. If we ever get the chance to return to the area, we will stay here again. Erin was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive, and the house was spotless and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

Jesse’s place is an easy walk from one of the most amazing restaurants in the Boston area- Nightshade Noodle Bar, so we booked this stay as part of an overnight date night. The place was cozy, clean and convenient, and the TV had access to all streaming services. Jesse was a great communicator, and street parking was easy. It’s a big old building, so bring a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper.

The space worked great for us. It was nice to be so close to the beach as well as outside of the city traffic but still close enough to get there when we needed to. we look forward to going back if we ever have another event there I highly recommend it. The host made everything very easy for us.

It was exactly what my family was looking for. It was relaxing and private. It allowed us to not feel cramped like a hotel stay, but allowed us to cook and enjoy the relaxing day. If you have a small kid, the golf cart is a must!

Beautiful and quiet location. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub and the scenery of the bridge was beautiful. Night time was literally the sound of nature so if you're looking for an escape from the city, this is your place!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

House was beautiful and just as described! The kitchen was the best part - huge, newly remodeled and well stocked - perfect for entertaining! Milan was very responsive - unfortunately the winds knocked over the glass table in the yard. His cleaning crew cleaned up right away. Thank you Milan for a great stay!

Visited during October, it area was quiet, not a lot of crowds with a few businesses were closed. Our room was perfect for my daughter and I.

The cottage is cute and cozy for our fall stay in Marshfield. The location is so unique! You can hear the waves rolling in and watch the sunrise from bed or the patio. I definitely want to stay again.

It was a great stay in a nice apartement next to the ocean and Nantasket beach.

Great getaway place. I strongly recommend! I could feel the generosity as well as excellent hospitaity. At the end of our stay little dust bunnies were starting to form up 😅 It would’ve been better if there were cleaning tools were available :) Wholefoods market being close — added additional convenience. Would love to come back, next time in summer!

I booked the place for a wedding I had to attend in Manchester-by-the-sea. Rachel's place is centrally located in Beverly town center with walkable access to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. It is very easy to get to Gloucester, Manchester-by-the-sea and Rockport. Rachel's place is cute, she is an amazing and responsive host. I'd 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the North Shore

Beautiful space just steps away from the beach, it was everything we were hoping for and more. We will be hanging a hammock in our living room too :)

We felt instantly happy with our choice to book with Danielle & Matt. Danielle was so great with communication during our stay. You can tell a lot of attention to detail went in to setting up this Airbnb. Super clean space with a very comfortable bed. Anything you might have forgot to pack for your trip ( razors, melatonin, hairdryer) was easily assessed. I will say the only hang up we had was trying to put our son down for a nap, if your toddlers needs a completely dark room during the early afternoon it could be hard to get them down due to the sheer curtains Besides that we highly recommend booking!

My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience at David’s waterfront property in Salem! The views of the water while relaxing on the balcony are amazing. The place was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. I spoke to David as I checked in and he gave me a thorough guide on how everything worked and answered all my questions. He also told me about all the go-to restaurants in Salem to avoid the crowds around the Halloween weekend! He was quick to respond when I had a few questions during our stay. The location is so close to some of the Hocus Pocus filming locations that we had to check out while in Salem and it’s about a mile from the downtown fun. Couldn’t have chosen a better spot to experience Salem coming from Texas. We had an unforgettable time!
