Top price for a spacious, cozy and very modern apartment. Dante was very hepful and supportive with any request and always available. Only the check-in and handover was a bit complicated if one is not as digitally attuned, but all went well in the end. Perfect place to stay if you want to be a bit outside the city. Highly recommended!

Our stay was amazing! The house is beyond beautiful and the view is beautiful. The house was great for a group of 9 people. (We didn’t realize there were no bed linens and towels included, so take that with you.) Communication was great! We will defiantly come back!

We’ve traveled frequently using sites like AirBNB. This was by far our favorite First the grounds-wow. Gorgeous, peaceful, beautifully maintained. Multiple places to lounge in sun or shade at the pool and on the covered veranda. Lots of great outdoor game sets available-bocci ball & badminton. The house was spotless. Large rooms, beautifully furnished. Loved the massive eat in kitchen. Had every amenity you could imagine-even power adapters. Beds were firm & comfortable. Bathrooms were modern, clean & had plenty of hot water. The pool table was fun to use on a rainy afternoon. Location was quiet and serene, and perfectly positioned for visiting many of the hill towns. We tried 2 local restaurants recommended by Lavinia and both were very good. Lavinia was warm & welcoming and always very responsive. She and her son met us, gave us the tour, and offered many suggestions. She was wonderfully kind to our parents and made us feel at home. Would stay again in a heartbeat

We stayed two nights in Elsa's apartment and we had a very good time! Very flexible check-in, Elsa welcomed us at the most convenient time waiting for us in front of the entrance. In addition, we found the pods for the coffee maker and packaged brioches. The beds are comfortable and spacious, although this means that in the second bedroom there is not enough distance between the two to pass through. Finally, we are very satisfied with the price: very competitive compared to what it offers! We'll definitely be back if there's a chance.
