Beautiful place. Great location if you want to have peace and quiet with panoramic views and do day trips to Rome via train. 1h 4min direct train ride to the city center of Rome. Great Restaurants in the Area and the Host is very responsive. The place was very clean and offers much more than you see on the pictures.

Aurore is very responsive and attentive. She gave us good advice and always listened to us The place is functional and the host is extremely kind The value for money is very expensive for the size and service of the accommodation with only one bed and a sofa bed all in the same room The kitchen is absolutely not equipped, no knife, cutting board etc…. Content of the price €1100 per night is a bit limited We had a great stay enjoying the pool which is very well exposed

Well-furnished apartment,everything modern-especially new and clean. What you need we found available, sheets for the room, a sofa bed and a crib, all double for the change. Towels and bathrobes. Kitchen equipped with everything. Oven with trays are also available. We found the bedroom, with the crib ready arranged. There's also a mattress to add on top of the sofa bed to improve comfort and make it taller. The veranda is very spacious and comfortable with the table for lunch/dinner, living room and lounge chairs. There is the corner with the washing machine and sink, very comfortable and practical to spread the clothes outside. We stayed for two weeks in this apartment and we had a very good time. The condominiums are all very kind and friendly. There is the parking space inside available. We were walking to the sea,about 10 minutes. Very quiet area. Host Marco was always available and ready to help us at any time. Highly recommended,thank you again

Gabriele's apartment is perfect for a quiet stay. It completely matches the presentation made and has everything you need to make yourself at home. The little touches for your arrival are much appreciated. Communication with Gabriele is very easy. 5 minutes from the train station with restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, the apartment is really to be recommended for those who want a pleasant pied à terre in Latina Scalo 👍

The accommodation was very easy to find. directly on the way, very close to the FS station in Latina, but still in a quiet and sheltered area. Hosts have always been responsive, very helpful, and always present for every need. The house was perfect, as described, very spacious and tastefully furnished. We will definitely be back. It’s difficult to go anywhere without a car in Latina. Unfortunately we can’t rent a car since it’s Friday when we arrived there, and Sat & Sunday are holidays and the car rental companies will be closed. The host is extremely helpful and took us the things we needed in the house.

Great Location and lovely House with pool, would go back and feel at home. Comfortable, Privacy, Clean and spacious and all one can wish for. Great Host!
