We enjoyed our stay in Capitola, the unit was in a perfect location for exploring the area. It was clean, comfortable, and the response from the hosts when we needed a replacement coffee maker was quick and friendly.

We had a fantastic time with the family. The location is great with 3 playground nearby. Also there is a great grocery store close to the apartment.

Great, spacious place that is inside a four plex with privacy.. the inside is very well done, tastefully, and clean .... there is a complete kitchen, and for those of us who are "hotel refugees" (do not want to stay in corporate hotels), this place and Renee make you feel at home

I was extremely satisfied with Roman as a host. He was always responsive at any time during the day. He also cared for my packages so that they don't get stolen. The place was even better than the pictures with new couches and renovated bathroom/bedroom

This is a studio apartment near Castro Street in Mountain View. It appears to have been designed and built as a studio in the late 1920s in a 6 apartment, 2 story building. It is very charming and not at all cramped. It was a great location, near to the Castro Street pedestrian mall with more great restaurants than you can survey in a week (or month), but the street the apt was on was largely residential, 2 lane with 4 way stop signs at each corner. It is walking distance (about 1/3 of a mile) from the Mountain View Caltrain station and many banks, ups, stores, etc. The owner provided a white noise machine but I never bothered to use it. It is very quiet at night - when the restaurants close, people go home. There is the usual ambient city noise during the day and evening (although the Cal train is now electrified and is a polite swish instead of a diesal roar) I admit I grew up in NYC but the loudest noise I heard was the garbage truck on Tuesday morning.

Great place to stay if you’re coming to San Jose to explore or for business. The place is spotless, in a great, peaceful neighborhood. You’re just a 5-10 minute walk from Santa Anna road, which is full of great restaurants and stores. And very close to the mall too. Great amenities and very spacious. I think this is an amazing place!

Cute place in a quiet neighborhood with great proximity to a dog-friendly beach! Also within walking distance to the boardwalk and even the lighthouse park.

This is an extraordinary place. The house sits above the others on the ridge, so there are unobstructed views in every direction. The yard is a stunning mature garden with trees the owner played in as a child. The kitchen is enormous and there is so much living space! I never wanted to go out, but we were 10 minutes from both old growth redwoods AND beach walks! I can't recommend this place enough!

This space accommodated out family beautifully. Super location, very clean and comfortable.

This is a five star stay. But I am going to start with a couple of caveats so we can get to the good stuff. If, like me, you are terrible at parking a vehicle you're going to find the garage a challenge. As the property owners will note you cannot park in the driveway, so your options are either street parking or angling your vehicle into a two car garage with a load bearing pillar right in the middle. I say angling because there is no easy way to back into this garage. Or pull in forward. The steps are steep and slippery in the rain. Consider the size and weight of your luggage before reserving this space as it is a second floor entry. You will get more noise from airplanes than the road. Aside from that, it's a great, clean, comfortable, airy bright space in a great neighborhood in a great town. The owners are great; responsive, considerate and proactively communicative. Check out asks are minimal and the wifi and hot water are excellent. I highly recommend.

Perfect place for my kids and family. We had four adults and two kids and plenty more room! Place felt cozy and we really enjoyed our stay. Blocks away from Costco and the mall including lots of places to eat. Only a few minutes from major parks and things to do. Jiayi was incredibly accommodating and very kind.

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

We stay at Seascape a couple of times a year, we love the location: beautiful beach walks, pools and hot tubs, walk to the market, and then just a quick drive to Capitola, downtown Santa Cruz, or even the boardwalk. This particular rental was lovely and very homey. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is well appointed, there are two nice balconies- one with a great table that is perfect for cocktails or coffee. There are two pullout couches, which made the living room so fun to watch movies with the teenagers. More than anything, we appreciated the very accommodating host, who was kind enough to let us check in early so that we could leave our bags while we went shopping downtown. It was really a lovely stay. I recommend both Seascape, and this particular rental, very highly.

This place is stunning! Hosts reached out to let me know they were available if I needed anything. It was clean, Cozy , Everything was labeled to make it easy to find things. Spacious! Had great recommendations readily available. It was well worth what I paid! It’s not often I feel at home in airbnbs but this place offered that environment! Location is walking distance to the beach. Shop, restaurants, and it’s quiet in the evenings! Highly highly recommend!

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

This was our second stay at this property and I'm sure we'll be back. They are so responsive and helpful, and always get back to you right away. The place itself is just so perfect. Located right above Santana row, but it feels private. The space is big, and the 2.5 bathrooms really help! They have every amenity you could ask for and then some! you feel right at home. They make checking in and out very easy. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and anyone else interested!

Excellent 2nd stay at this beautiful condo , literally 20 steps away from the ocean . We had fun this time also , Long Beach walks are a must . The place is clean and well maintained , comfortable bed . Lots of beach stuff too .

One of the cleanest Airbnbs we have stayed at. Steps to the beach and the location is ideal and prime as it’s not too far or close to the town/freeway.

Beautiful little place, with picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean and natural landscaping. Clean, comfortable and easy access. Lots of security that patrolled day and night, which is nice. Fine dining restaurant is within walking distance.

This place is such a gem that I’m inclined to be selfish and not tell everyone about it! Modern appliances, close to grocery and mass department, clean and recently renovated. Very happy and will book this again!!
