What a creative, cozy, and perfect home away from home this was. Giusy and Claudio made our stay as comfortable as can be. They left us snacks, wine, food, and anything else we may have needed. On top of that, they were extremely friendly and responsive to check if we needed anything else. The culture and area is filled with so much beauty, history, and food! Giusy and Claudio’s place was the perfect gem, to make the trip that much more perfect. Mornings in their backspace, window open, and an espresso, should be how everyone starts their day:) Thank you for everything, it was perfect:)

Beautiful place with great hosts! Apartment is out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely loved this accommodation for our family reunion! The view is simply stunning - private, serene, and utterly breathtaking. The space itself is incredibly cosy, with a perfect blend of elegance and functionality. Andrea, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Super friendly, helpful, and welcoming - we felt right at home! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with a touch of sophistication. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it ten stars if we could! 😊

Schöne Wohnung an Zentraler Lage. Es hat uns super gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Luciana war schnell und unkompliziert. Checking in hat super gut geklappt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, viel liebe zum Detail. Jederzeit würden wir wieder zurückkommen. Herzlichen Dank Roswitha

Uns hat es in der Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen! Sie ist sehr zentral und optimal gelegen, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Direkt an der Unterkunft befinden sich viele tolle Restaurants, Bars und kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte, wo man perfekt in die italienische Kulinarik eintauchen kann. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Check-In war super einfach. Das Einzige vielleicht nicht ganz optimale ist, dass man in der Nacht das Treiben in der Stadt und auch die Entsorgung von Glasflaschen hört, allerdings hat uns das nicht groß gestört, denn wenn man sich eine Unterkunft im Stadtzentrum einer italienischen Stadt bucht, sollte man einkalkulieren, dass dort auch etwas los ist und man etwas vom Leben in den Straßen mitbekommt. Daher von uns nur weiterzuempfehlen!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit kleinem eigenen Innenhof. Ruhiges Quartier und vom Zentrum zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die gleich oberhalb wohnt. Alles wunderbar und ich komme gerne wieder.

Geweldig appartement in Bologna. Net buiten de stadsmuur waardoor alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Elena reageerde snel en ving ons op bij de locatie om alles uit te leggen. Ideaal dat er een privé parkeerplaats was waar onze auto veilig en gratis kon staan. Appartement was niet groot maar van alle gemakken voorzien: een fijn bed, moderne en schone badkamer en keuken, wasmachine en een balkon. Absolute aanrader!

The place was absolutely lovely, super clean and spacious! Elena and her husband met us to check in and they were super helpful and lovely and let us know about the local areas and the best places to see and eat. It's perfectly located so you're near things but it's not too busy or loud, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby if you don't feel like travelling far on a morning/evening which is perfect. The bathroom is super modern and really clean and the shower is just lovely. There are a few bits and bobs for cooking which we didn't use but it was really helpful knowing that they were there if needed. There are some supermarkets closeby if you need to stock up on any food and drinks too! There was some tea and coffee for us to use and a bottle of water was already in the fridge along with a local dessert! It was such a lovely touch. If we ever come to Bologna again we will 100% stay here again as it was just lovely. Thank you so much Elena! <3

I was blown away when I entered Simona’s place: it is enormous (far bigger than you would have thought from the pictures only), in an excellent location, very comfortable and has everything you could ask for. Everything was perfect, from the beds to how good the place smelled! Simona was also a great host, very responsive, had very good suggestions and provided lots of amenities, even some snacks and drinks. If I am ever back in Modena I would most definitely choose to stay here again.

Sono stata benissimo! Gli host sono persone meravigliose, accoglienti e disponibili, sempre pronti a farci sentire a nostro agio. La casa era pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, e il giardino un piccolo angolo di paradiso. I loro cani sono dolcissimi e ci hanno fatto compagnia con grande affetto. La colazione è stata ogni giorno una coccola indimenticabile, preparata con amore e prodotti freschi. Ci siamo davvero sentiti come a casa, anzi forse anche meglio! È raro incontrare persone così autentiche e ospitali – un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore. Grazie di tutto!

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage, praktisch mittendrin in Castelfranco Emilia und trotzdem war es sehr ruhig. Wir konnten immer direkt daneben einen Parkplatz finden. Sie ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Gegend (Bologna, Modena, Maranello, Parma etc.). Rita hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet, alles war problemlos.

Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

Muy buena estancia en Bologna, muy recomendable para familias y para larga estancia en la ciudad. Zona tranquila, bien comunicada. El apartamento fue excelente elección. El equipo que nos recibió fue muy atento y nos dio muchas indicaciones. Muy anfitriones! Gracias!

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment was not only spotless but also super cool in style — such unique decor and a cozy vibe. The pool was a dream, especially on warm days. And the surroundings? Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe it. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A truly unforgettable experience! Ottima esperienza, nonostante si siano verificate inizialmente delle difficoltà nel fare il check-in, si è trovata subito un'alternativa. Spazioso e pulito, se dovessimo tornare a Modena sicuramente prenoteremo ancora qui.

Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima struttura per due giorni, l’interno è molto suggestivo, molto spazioso e arredato con cura, le foto non gli rendono giustizia. Impeccabile la pulizia. Michele è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo

Nádherné ubytování uprostřed přírody, všude ticho a klid. Apartmán vypadal jako na fotkách, stejně tak bazén i zahrada s krásným výhledem. Francesca bylo moc milá, cítili jsme se tu jako doma:)

Das Highlight unserer Italien-Rundreise! Super ruhige und schöne Lage mitten in der Natur, trotzdem waren Lebensmittel Läden und Ähnliches leicht erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war außerdem sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders herausgestochen ist die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin - es war ein sehr familiärer und toller Aufenthalt! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 🤍
