Cozy Coop LLC - Comfortable House Nearly in Town

We're close to family-friendly activities, like Tweetsie Railroad, movie theater, shopping, hiking and skiing. Varied nightlife and Appalachian State University are minutes away. It's less than a mile to public transport and a shopping center, and 2 miles to the city center. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Due to the separate downstairs tenant, we discourage party groups. The kitchen has been recently remodeled. Usual access is through carport entrance.

The current pricing is for the almost 800 sq/ft. apartment only. Most of our quest can not believe how big it is. They always say it is bigger than the pictures show it to be. There is a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and full size washer and dryer. Also a queen bed, and a twin sofa sleeper in the bedroom, and a a queen sofa sleeper in the living room/kitchen area. A level and paved parking area. A very quiet place away from town but only 1/2 mile to Hwy 421. Thank you
