Perfect stay next to Umag. The house is perfect and very well equipped. Everything you need to stay for great holidays. We were there for Istria by UTMB event and it was a perfect location for this.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Simply fantastic house, we were 7, 4 adults and 3 boys, the guys slept on the sofa beds in the immense living room, we had the two double beds. Pool, hydro bathtub, porch with table. Everything is great. Coin-operated laundromat a few steps away. You can get around by car, but in a few minutes you can reach everything! The owner waited for us and let us see the whole house. Everything is perfect!

We were guests as a family of 4 in Esther's small, Istrian cottage. Ester, as well as her daughter Edita, were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The excursion destinations Edita recommended to us were great. 😃 The parking is located behind the house, the driveway or exit is a bit tricky due to the adjacent olive trees, but otherwise no problem. The pool is not visible from the street and is located a bit off the house. We liked to use the sun terrace, even though one or the other hallway was no longer completely intact. The beds are perfect, we slept very well in it. Beds are made and there are plenty of towels. The kitchen is well equipped so that you can prepare all kinds of things. Air conditioning on all floors, also a plus. 👍 Close the windows that you don't hear about the traffic. A perfect starting point for things to do for us. Thank you! 🫶

It’s a very comfortable apartment for 8 people, close to Venice—just 17 minutes away by bus. You can take bus number 6 and you’ll be in Venice. There are supermarkets nearby and a few shops around. And for me, the most important thing was the cleanliness—everything was clean: sheets, pillows, kitchen utensils. And Viorica was super kind and helpful, she assisted us with everything. We stayed with Roberto for 5 nights and had a wonderful holiday. The house is perfectly located in the old town, everything is within walking distance. The kids loved the big bunk bed, everything was totally clean and lovingly prepared. Roberto gave us a flexible check-in, responded instantly to all questions, and even escorted us to the parking lot. He also had great tips for us. Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

A nice and spacious apartment! Nice pool! Quietly located, right next to it is a horse farm, which of course the children enjoyed very much. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing. Silvia and her husband welcomed us very kindly. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights, due to the location, excursions to Treviso, Bassano or Marostica are possible without problems in a short time. We will be happy to come back!

Great location. We were looking for a location that was slightly away from all the chaotic tourism while still being in the heart of Venice. This delivered on that. On the edge of a square full of bars and restaurants and a short walk away from the water bus. Bring met by the host the moment we stepped off the water taxi helped a good smooth start to the vacation and the host was in contact at any time we needed help. We will use this company again when we return.

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Ines was a really kind and thoughtful host, and her house was just perfect for our travelling family of 6. Lots of space inside, comfortable, spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace and garden for outdoor space. Perfectly located for all of Rovinj's attractions, everywhere is walkable. A 5 star house and highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Nikka’s place. It’s located in a really quiet neighborhood, and within 10 min walk to the seaside. Recommended for family vacation!

A Beautiful house quite close to the sea and in a quiet and peaceful part of Poreč. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden. The entire place is spotless, clean and comfortable. The owners were very understanding when we needed to adjust the check-in time and helpful with providing advice about the local attractions. A very clean flat with a nice place to sit outside. I got a lot of good informations from Fabian about how to get to the flat and what to do in the neighbourhood. The communication was always very uncomplicated and friendly. If you like nature, this is your place. We totally recommend it!
