Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bettendorf

We had a great stay here! There are many restaurants and activities in the Quad Cities area to choose from. There is also a park across the street for walking, running, frisbee golf, or playground. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, and has been newly finished. It is beautiful and a great place to stay with family and friends. We plan to return!

Nice quiet location, easy to find! It was my second time staying and would definitely book again when I'm back in the area. Awesome that it's pet friendly and has a park across the street.

The place is great...with LOTS of little amenities. Kitchenware - STOCKED. Quiet, peaceful. Davenport proper is about 25 minutes, but we didn't mind the easy drive, because of the amenities & peacefulness. If you want to do a couple of things in any of the quad cities, but also don't want to go out every meal & want to just lounge a little, this would be a great place. Great fenced in area for houndy, and school nature path near to walk, etc. Kourtney responded quickly & was great. REALLY provided great recommendations & thoroughly answered all my questions. Great place!

We had such a lovely time here!! The cottage is so cozy and nicely decorated we felt right at home!! Teri was very friendly and responsive! David and I are definitely planning to come stay here again! Can't say enough how nice this place is!

We felt like we were coming home as soon as we entered the home. It was exactly as described and matched all the pictures. The neighborhood was familiar to my husband as he went to school at the middle and high school a few streets over and his brother and father had both built a few houses in the area. We had come to the Quad Cities to attend our brother in law's funeral and with our days being somewhat sad and stressful, it was nice to come "home" to such a peaceful comfortable home. The beds were comfortable. Thank you, Mackenzie, for offering such a warm comfortable home. We told all of our out of town family about the place should they ever need it in the future! Had an amazing Thanksgiving spent in this beautiful home! It was SO spacious and fit our family of 8 plus 2 babies with room(s) to spare! The details of the house were absolutely gorgeous and we felt right at home. Having access to pans/utensils was so helpful for cooking and we were so grateful for that. Lovely location with great view of river from some of the upper bedrooms. Felt very safe. Hope to be invited back again!

We had a short but lovely stay at Peter’s place! It was exactly what we needed in a great location near the shops and restaurants in the village of East Davenport. We had everything we needed and were especially thankful for the great kitchen with space and everything we needed. Peter was extremely helpful and responsive and we would definitely stay again!

Would tell everyone this is a place you should stay if in LeClair. It is a true treasure to the cute town. Beautiful to watch the sunrise and sunset. The owner is amazing. The home has everything you need. A++++

Jasmine's hospitality is evident in the nice quality of linens and furnishings. She has cookware and many extra essentials that were very helpful. Having 2 parking spaces clearly defined was convenient. Love staying here which we have done often!

We were in the area for a golf trip and couldn't have picked a better location. 20 minutes from TPC Deere Run and Fyre Lake, plus there is a course 2 minutes from Aaron's called Palmer Hills which was better than I had anticipated. So many many restaurants within a short drive, everyone we went to was fantastic. Absolutely loved Iowa and Illinois.

The Lone Star Loft is absolutely incredible! It is beautifully decorated and is the cleanest place we've stayed over many, many years of booking VRBO and Airbnb properties. We have taken annual mini-vacations to Le Claire since 2017 and the location of the Lone Star Loft is perfect for the places we love to visit, including the Mississippi River Distilling Company. The garage parking spot was icing on the cake. We will definitely be back to the Lone Star Loft or one of Sheila's other Le Claire properties!

I had the pleasure of staying with Dale and Teresa for a month while on a clinical rotation. My stay was wonderful from day 1. Dale helped me carry all of my luggage in and gave me a tour. The area was very spacious and clean, and had a large desk that was perfect for working/studying. There is a big TV with every cable channel imaginable and a washer/dryer. Dale regularly checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying my stay, and even brought me homemade blueberry muffins made by Teresa at one point. The location is quiet and I felt very safe throughout my whole stay. Dale and Teresa are wonderful hosts and I would recommend this location to anyone.

This place is unique and located in a great spot. We spent Thanksgiving here so we were able to cook a meal but also walk to a few great little spots close by for a drink and bite! Tim was fantastic to give instructions, suggestions and answer any questions we had during our stay. I recommend this property and am looking forward to staying again. Everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you Tim for everything!

The place was easy to find. It had all the amenities we would want. Host was responsive when we needed her. Easy to park right out front, and just a short walk to Vibrant arena.

This is our 2nd time staying in one of Tim's units, highly recommend! We intend to be back again when we come back to the area.
