It's a very nice Airbnb . Location is close to everything. it's a set of 2 bedroom apartments. Apartments has everything you need for comfortable stay . property is nice and clean. property also has a nice pool with some balls for you to play in it. 24 hour reception desk was really helpful to check-in check-out at odd times. people at desk are very helpful in booking taxi rides and overall helping you. Host also was very helpful to provide whatever information we need. Appreciate all the help.

We stayed at this lovely 2 BHK apartment in Candolim, Goa for 3 nights. The property is clean, well maintained and located in a peaceful residential complex with swimming pool, security and stilt parking. It felt very safe and comfortable for our family. The apartment has all the required home appliances and utensils, which made our stay easy. There are also two balconies where you can relax and enjoy the greenery around. The beach and good restaurants are just 8–10 minute walk away and food delivery apps work well in this area. A general store is right next to the complex gate, which was very helpful for daily needs. The host, Mr. Gurpreet and the manager, Mr. JP, were very supportive and helpful during our stay. Daily cleaning was also provided, which kept the place neat and tidy. We had a great time here and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting North Goa.

The apartment is good. Worth your money. The location is quite convenient, 3 minutes to the super market, 10 minutes to the beach. There were some temporary problems with the cold water supply, but it was not dependent on the host, something at the level of the building management company. The host has put in a lot of effort to solve these problems. He also helped solve any problems, even the chargeback issue at a nearby supermarket.

Location is really good for a longer stay because everything is a stones throw away....groceries, places to eat, pharmacies etc.

All things good and I still might not justify the way I felt at Rupesh's apartment iI Vagator. The place is cozy, absolutely clean, hygienic and pretty! Everything that was listed was there. And if there was anything needed, it was made available with few hours (like I wanted better pillows and new were ordered immediately). Having stayed at couple of other BNBs in the vicinity earlier I can say with confidence, you get quality in this apartment. Not flimsy, shaky, cheap furniture but solid wood ones which were of great taste and quality (including the furnishing). Small space but well kept. Didn't have a washing machine (which if added will be great) but plenty options around to give your laundry. Plenty food places to order or to go to. Anjuna beach is 10 min drive, Ozran and Vagator maybe less than 5. But the highlight is the warmth and care that Rupesh and his caretaker bring to the table. They sincerely want to make your trip comfortable! Thank you so much Rupesh!

Looks like pictures ! large space, clean, simple and very close to great resturants and 5-10 minute walk to beach. Communication was fast and appropriate (help re taxi costs etc) Huge fridge and access to a kitchen if we wanted (we did not use or see it but spoke to other guests who have also stayed many times there and keep returning) Overall a great stay Recomended restaurants - Alexs place (on beach) breakfast lunch and sunset dinners (always fresh food) CamRon resturant (2 min walk from accom) Pentagon - £2 taxi or 10 min walk - live music and great good

I stayed two days: the day before my wedding and the night after. The stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

Wonderful resort, smooth stay with no hassle. Kids had great fun. Very close to a scenic beach.

wonderful stay at one of their other properties. it was well equipped, nice location with good amenities. really enjoyed being here. the staff working at the property were also very courteous and nice.

Bruce is a good person and is helpful and accommodating and is proactive. His wife Fiona and the rest of the family who live right next door were also friendly and courteous. It’s a quiet and safe place almost between panjim and north Goa. We were provided jars of packaged drinking water during our stay and everything was great..the mattress was a hard one- helped us sleep better :) hot water,washing machine,fridge,tv,ac,induction..everything was in good working condition and the supplies were just a small walk away. Small decorations reflected Bruce’s personal touch:) We hired the bike and even during peak season he didn’t over charge - very modest ..much appreciated ! Sweet of the family to gift us a bottle of port wine on Christmas and help us attend the Christmas eve mass We highly recommend this place . 👍🏻👍🏻

We stayed for three days and found this location to be like home away from home, with decent facilities, a nice property with amentis, and the most amazing view across the river and greenery. It is well connected to all regions of Goa by road and dabolim airport is just 10-15 mins away . For my family and me, this is a stay to remember. We are grateful to our wonderful host, Kartik Uppal ji, for a smooth and comfortable check-in and check-out experience.

Neat and Clean place, very responsive host, well maintained property and very close to markets and all. Must stay property if you are in South Goa.

Celiano has been a great go to person for recommendations. The one things absolutely mesmerising is the proximity to the beach. We took the walk trail and was worth it. Definitely next time will consider it for a visit

Great place to stay in South Goa. Located 7 minutes from the beach in a quiet locality. Lots of trees surrounding the house. The house itself met the description attached and was clean and tidy. Ryle as a host was great. He’s proactive and responsive, providing nice suggestions. Great place to stay overall.

A great place to stay in South Goa with easy access to restaurants and beach. Felt very safe as apartment is in a complex with security guy. Overall highly recommend the hosts are very nice and responsive. Own transport is an advantage as buses only operate morning and afternoon. Many taxis for hire but shop around prices are inconsistent. Would recommend Tuk Tuk regular with fixed price. Thanks T and L we will not hesitate to stay at your place again.

Staff is good and helping, however i would suffest its better have sofa then two sepetate chairs in common room, also the bed has aged well time to replace it, rest everything was good.

This place a very much couple friendly, easy to find and private property. Beach is also just 2-3km max from this location. Also the daily needs shop is just below the apartment so it was easy to access. We definitely come again for spending time through BNB.
