Just 10-20 minutes to northern beaches of Morjim, Ashvem, Arambol, Vagator, Anjuna & Baga. Siolim's neighbourhood is bustling with Cafes, restaurants, nightlife, clubs & pubs, music festivals, international tourists & much more. This perfect Holiday home is ideal for couples, friends, small families, people on business trips, and individual explorers.
“The apartment has a fantastic view of a rustic scenery with lush green landscape dotted with coconut trees and a view of the pool. The apartment is itself is quite comfortable for 2 people. There is a bed on the loft which is a bit risky to climb up and down and we decided not to use it. There is a washing machine fridge and other utensils if you wish to cook. From the images, I thought the apartment is an independent one next to pool but it's on the second floor along with other rooms but the images of the room are as it was depicted. Host Vb was always quick to respond and he gave a bunch of wonderful suggestions for eating out and places to visit. Thanks Vb once again.”
This 3-bedroom villa "Ikshaa" with a private swimming pool is one of the most secluded and romantic villas which combines luxury with rustic beauty! The greenery and forest around is charming and yet it is just a 20 mins drive away from the Goa airport or from the nearest beaches of south Goa. You will have no trouble feeling right at home here at Ikshaa in Loutulim! It's strongly recommended to anyone who wants a beautiful, quiet, secluded, romantic and yet a luxurious holiday!!
“When we first stumbled upon this home on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. Ikshaa is nestled in an a quite enchanted location with myriad animals surrounding us such as exotic birds, monkeys and peacocks to greet us once in a while. 😁 Carmen was kind and hospitable; she was very quick to respond to any questions and provided so many incredible recommendations. Ikshaa is maintained at the highest standard which is second to none for cleanliness, decor, location, amenities, comfort and hospitality !! The home is huge and Anthony(care taker) goes to all lengths to see that the guests needs are met. Ikshaa is a stroll away to Ancestral Goa where everyone can learn the rich history and culture of Goa. The beaches, tourist attractions are not too far away as well. Carmen/Anthony arranged for a cab to ferry us around whenever we needed it 🤗. We had an option of food delivered to our home from nearby restaurants, cook our own food with fresh ingredients from the nearby market or Carmen would arrange to have some homely cooked Goan food for the night !! Far from the hustle and bustle of the tourist locations, you could just relax by the pool, take a nap on the hammock, or take a leisurely stroll through Loutolim. We (5 Germans) had a magical experience for the 5 nights we stayed at Ikshaa and made a solemn promise that we would be back to Goa and our magical gateway home !! A big thank you to Carmen and Anthony for the incredible experience. Until next time, Auf Wiedersehen !!! 😎😘”
The Farm House is located in the picturesque village of Raia. You will find yourself cradled in the midst of Hills, Valleys and springs in a wooded environment The Farm House is an excellent blend of the modern and the traditional. It shares its neighbourhood with the likes of Rachol Seminary and other Ancient Churches. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families.Particularly those wishing for a long stay. All the villas are self catering.
“This place is a beautiful piece of nature with monkeys in nearby trees, butterflies and birds. It is meant for relaxation and the pool & outside kitchen are wonderful. It is off the beaten track which wasn’t an issue as Chris, the host, let us hire a scooter for 4 days at a very good rate. We soon worked out where the local beaches and places to eat were. Chris was so helpful booking us taxis and giving tips on where to eat. We would love to go back to his beautiful place.”
