Flexible stay as we wanted it to be. Good place for people having a train to catch from Karmali station, just 600m to walk. Thanks to the host for being responsive and helpful.

The apartment was absolutely comfortable and homely. All the appliances were working properly and it was really helpful that the kitchen, the bedroom and bathroom were stocked with essential items. We have always had one or the other issue when we've reserved an apartment through Airbnb, but not this time. The space was very thoughtfully furnished and well kept. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing stay.

Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

Location is outside but worth it

I really enjoyed my stay at Jay’s studio! He was very communicative through my stay. The kitchen, solid WIFI and all of the amenities make it good for a longer stay like I had as well. Safe and enjoyable location too. Highly recommend!

He also went ahead and booked bothway cab and scooty rental for it. Property: Clean, hygienic, full of all the amenities you would require during our stay, we loved the pool. The host even adjusted the water level for us. All the furniture is top notch. Planter and coconut trees add more vibe to the place. Host:Mr Purnanand is such a humble and polite person. He himself greeted us at the property, checked on us everyday and arranged everything for us. Location is just perfect with all beaches and eateries nearby. Big thanks to swapnil for the cab service.

property is very good. Located in proper residential area. All amenities are there. But very far from the beaches. If you are coming Goa for beaches then the property is not for you
