We had a lovely stay. Just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was spotless and so was the resort. We would have stayed longer! Highly recommend this place.

Best and peaceful place to stay in South Goa. Felt like home away from home. The place was perfectly clean with all the necessary amenities available inside the house. The hosts were very much friendly providing us help with all the instructions and the recommendations around the area as well as far off the area. Wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a peaceful stay and a place with quick access to beautiful peaceful beaches

Eric’s place is absolutely lovely. It’s nestled in a quiet society perfect for families or groups looking for a chilled holiday. The house itself is huge, clean and has all working amenities required. The bedrooms are large and all have working AC units. Eric was very responsive and even let us check in earlier as our flight landed 7 hours before our check in time saving us a lot of hassle. I highly recommend this property.

It is my first time in Goa and felt very safe staying in Carmen’s apartment. Carmen and Oscar were very helpful and happy to help if I had a question.

It was a great experience. Ciana is an amazing host. The location is peaceful and close to Zalor beach. The stay is very clean and feels just like home. Also, all the amenities that you could possibly want are present at the stay.

I felt completely at home. That should tell future guests about how nice the place is. 5 stars. The property is neat and clean. All amenities are as specified. Good house rules. It is evident that Garvit takes great care of the property. This home is for someone who wants to escape the chaos of a metropolis. It’s peaceful and tranquil. It is spacious and well set up. I loved the living space and the furniture with decor. The fact that the beach is so close is an added advantage. You can just walk up to the beach in 3 to 5 minutes. Future guests, please follow the house rules. Please do not make it difficult for the house help by being irresponsible. This is a home and treat it with respect. Garvit is a proactive and detail oriented host. Always available. There is a lot to explore from here. Different experiences. But it’s mostly for the laid back folks. If you’re a party animal, then south Goa is not the place. Special mention to Chiku. I will miss the puppy. :)

We loved our stay at Quinta da Santana. Some thoughts in random order: 1. All the beaches and nicer restaurants are about 20-30 mins away. If you don't have a vehicle, Chris and team set you up with taxis, and the drivers are very courteous, but you need to make plans a few hours in advance. 2. The area is incredibly green, full of birdsong, and it's beautiful to just walk around the neighbouring area. The other locals (humans and dogs!) are very friendly! The property is developed just enough -- very comfortable but also wild enough to feel like you're living amidst nature. 2. The studio was comfortably furnished. A better stocked kitchen and better toiletries would be good. The towels, shower, and pool maintenance were excellent. 3. There are no meals in-house, but the team make it very easy to order from neighbouring restaurants. But options can sometimes feel limited if you're looking for more "homely" or "healthy" fare. We'd love to visit again, perhaps in post-monsoon time!

Me and my friends enjoyed our stay in Goa. The house was really clean and it was well maintained. The location was also perfect as it is surrounded by farms and it's really peaceful. The Varca beach at a walkable distance was an added bonus as it's a good place to go and relax. I would definitely recommend this place to others as well.

Ally's place is exactly as it's described. The place is just a 2 min drive to Varca beach. It is very well maintained and we felt absolutely at home. No doubt, my next stay in Goa would be with Ally!
