The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Candolim Beach, and having a lovely pool on-site was such a bonus. Matasha was an exceptional host, always friendly and attentive. She keeps the house in impeccable condition, and her thoughtfulness made our stay truly memorable. Since it was my husband's birthday during our stay and she sent us a delicious cake, which was such a kind gesture. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa. We can't wait to visit again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 2BHK home near Varca Beach! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The interiors were tastefully done, and the kitchen was well-equipped for light cooking. The location is perfect—peaceful yet conveniently close to the beach by car , restaurants, and local attractions. The host was incredibly sweet and caring, always responsive, and ensured we had everything we needed. They even extended our stay since there was no booking the next day, which was a kind and thoughtful gesture. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and serene getaway in South Goa. We’d love to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The villa is located close to Sunset Beach, which is just amazing or it's easy to find good beach restaurants. The villa is in every way as in the photos, with a beautiful garden.

It's a very nice stay with Sunny. He was always available over the phone irrespective of the time we called him. Arranged all the things we wanted and it was an excellent experience. Safe and pleasant journey we had.
