In Gold Country

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer, coffee, and other beverages. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

Stella’s Cabin

Make some memories at this unique place. The cabin was originally built for my grandfather to live in and was known as “Grandpa’s Cabin” for many years. The rock work in the patio was done by my grandfather. Original wood floors put in by my dad and grandpa. Stella’s Cabin (Stella’s photo hangs above the bed) is minutes from Sierra Valley, Portola Railroad Museum, Graeagle, Frazier Falls, Lakes Basin Area, Sierra Buttes, Sand Pond, Quincy, and Lake Davis. A short 50-minute drive to Reno, NV.

Kick back relax, hit the trails or just enjoy the lake with friends and family. The patio with a view always has a breeze, great sunsets, lots of seating and a propane fire pit. Just five minutes from lake Davis! Large yard, work space for anyone working remote as well as work out equipment. This is a perfect place to enjoy hiking, biking, dirt biking, off roading, golf and more. Close to reno and Truckee/Tahoe. Close to waterfalls and breweries with live music. Added an additional twin bed!

Feather Cottage - Getaway on the River

A private (shared) drive leads to a modest cottage on the middle fork of the Feather River. The neighbors are in close proximity, live here year round, and are quiet. Please be respectful. The cottage is comfortable, as is the 600 square deck. Make yourself your perfect morning drink, and some waffles while you’re at it. Kick back and enjoy all the Sierra Valley has to offer. Every few days, a train horn will sound in the night so be aware. The trains come and go at a sleepy pace. Enjoy!

This area is host to a variety of forest wildlife, including deer walking through the front yard and wild turkeys moseying down the street. This house was built in the 60's with an addition and upgrades added in the 90's. It is comfortable and clean. Fast fiber optic internet. 5 minutes from the Graeagle Corner Barn and 15 minutes from 20 Mile House.
