Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend schön - man hat die Möglichkeit mit Blick aufs Meer zu grillen. Luca und seine Familie waren sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Super fanden wir auch die Möglichkeit Surfbretter und Kajaks zum Paddeln zu leihen und unser SUP unten am Strand zu lagern. Toll ist auch dass man Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme am Strand benutzen darf. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und sogar eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Vor allem die Ruhe und den Ausblick haben wir sehr genossen!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Che bello incontrare l'host di persona invece del solito cassettino con le chiavi! Laura è molto amichevole e disponibile, per tutto il soggiorno si è informata su come stava andando il soggiorno. La casa è davvero comoda, accessibile e bellissima, luminosissima.Un bel balcone comodissimo per mangiare. Abbiamo trovato prodotti per la pulizia e personali. In cucina dolcetti e sfiziosita'.Alla sera la macchina non serve perché si è direttamente in centro vicino a ristoranti bar, porto, passeggiata a mare. Unico neo le spese di consumo da pagare ( di cui ero informata) ma siccome è la prima volta che mi capita non avevo la minima idea di quanto potessero essere. Invece sono state contenute. Mi piacerebbe ritornare sicuramente.

This place is simply amazing and Simona is probably the best host you can find, she makes you feel like a family friend and not just a guest. She made quite q few recommendations (even after leaving her place) that really made a difference. The house, the restaurant, the staff, the surrounding area, the swimming pool, everything is like coming out of one of those films that makes you want to go to Tuscany, so authentic and aesthetic. All the details are carefully looked after and this place makes you feel exactly as you expect when you choose Tuscany. Thanks a lot Simona, we really enjoyed these days and we expect to come back in the future.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse und einem wunderschönen Blick auf Strand und Meer. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Host und seine Co -Hosts waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr nett und freundlich. Wir waren Mitte Oktober hier und es war sehr ruhig im Haus. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sowohl die Unterkunft, als auch die Gastgeber waren super. Es war sehr ruhig und idyllisch, der Außenbereich lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Supermärkte und Restaurants können mit dem Auto in <10 Minuten erreicht werden und die Lage ist perfekt für Tagesausflüge in alle Teile der Toskana. Vielen Dank für alles, wir freuen uns auf nächstes Mal!

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

Such an amazing place. On the top floor with beautiful views over Siena. Lucia stocked up the refrigerator with water, juice boxes & beer and the cupboards with some light breakfast toasts, jam & Nutella. It was quiet and peaceful, no need for the earplugs we always carry. There are 4 flights of stairs to climb to get to the unit.

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. Airbnb tout simplement incroyable. Le domaine est magnifique, vous pouvez admirer les magnifiques paysages de la Toscane depuis les hauteurs. Vous serez surpris de voir que ce Airbnb est encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. Et que dire de Concetta, une hôte toujours disponible, aussi bien pour s’assurer du confort de ses locataires que pour donner des tips sur les sorties/restaurants dans le coin. Je ne saurais que vous le recommander 👌

Wir haben uns äusserst wohl bei Italo und Simona gefühlt. Wir wurden gleich am ersten Tag mit selbstgemachter Pizza von Italo empfangen, was wir sehr geschätzt hatten - insbesondere nach der langen Reise mit Kind war das sehr angenehm. Auch hatte er uns bereits eigenes Olivenöl und Wein vom Weingut bereitgestellt. Zudem haben er und Simona während dem ganzen Aufenthalt immer wieder Eier gebracht und für unsere 3-jährige Tochter gab's zu Ostern sogar Geschenke. Die beiden sind wirklich sehr zuvorkommend, nett und sehr liebenswert - wir haben die Zeit bei ihnen unglaublich genossen. Auch waren sie stets erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder sonstiges. Unsere Tochter durfte noch einige Plüschtiere ausleihen und sie hatte eine riesige Freude an den Katzen und Pferden, die in den Rebbergen wohnten und immer mal wieder durch den Garten streiften. Das Haus war sehr schön, super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Küche hatte einen riesigen Herd und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Gerne wieder!
