First of all, thank you Mr. Milat. She provided us with any convenience and showed a flexible attitude. He answered our questions without getting bored and quick. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and in a decent area.

It was a pleasure staying at Faith’s apartment because of its modern facilities and amenities - pool, sauna, gym and the apartment was also equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, and everything you need for cooking. The neighbourhood was also very walkable to Cihangir, Galata and Karakoy. Most importantly Fatih was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend staying there! Thanks Fatih for making our stay so pleasant!

The villa was equipped with a driveway for about 6-8 vehicles and easy to walk over the short stairs. The interior design in the villa is modern and simple. With a terrace, a garden with pool, barbecue, sitting areas, and much more, you definitely have an oasis of relaxation here. We were very satisfied and looking forward to the next visit

We stayed for 3 nights. The house was very spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful time, and everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool, the warm pool, and the sauna – everything you could ask for. While it’s possible to get to the house by taxi, I would recommend having a car for getting to the store or other places, as there is no public transport, and walking anywhere would be quite far. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and are considering coming back again.

We had a pleasant time with its location and view, Mr. Yasin also answered our questions quickly. When you watch a game inside and chat in the garden, you're getting a crazy reset. Suggestion from us 😂

Great location. Walking distance to metro, tram and Taksim square. The hosts were super responsive and gave solutions and help immediately. Nice apt with 3 rooms which accommodate us perfectly after 6 days stay in such compact hotel rooms at other cities. We had a nice stay! Thank you.

I stayed with my family for a week at Gila's house, and we loved it from every aspect. The house is in excellent condition—like new and exactly as shown in the pictures. It has everything you need: shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing tablets, detergent, and more, so there's no need to rush to the grocery store upon arrival. The house is warm (we visited in October and used the heating), the internet is fast and stable, and there's a TV in the living room with Netflix and YouTube. There's a spot next to the house for parking a car. Although the parking spot isn't guaranteed, we always found a place to park. The location is fantastic—it's in a tourist area with plenty of cafes and shops, yet it's not on the main noisy street but slightly aside, making it much quieter. We were greeted by Batuhan, who showed us around the house and provided details about nearby shops and deliveries. He was always available via the phone and ready to help, though we didn't face any issues during our stay.

We stayed at Ms. Gülşah's house for 5 nights. He was very interested from our check in to our check out. She was quick to respond to every question we had and quickly resolved us. The house is located close to all means of transportation and in a quiet neighborhood. If we go to Istanbul again, we would like to stay at Ms. Gülşah's house again.

Emre is an amazing host and super helpful and friendly. He was always readily available whenever we need help with anything, also very kind and understanding host. The house is super cozy, love the bedroom! Home is nearby conveniences and eateries so if there is anything you need can always drop by quick to the minimal just a few steps away. Overall, great place and host. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Riza's home in Balat. We were five people, and the was more than enough space. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We were met at the arranged time for check in. We loved wondering around Balat and Fener its a beautiful area with loads of local shops, cafes and restaurants. It's also very close to the Balat T5 tram stop making for easy access to the museums and sites in the old city. Riza provided us with a great guide and was very helpful when we had questions. We would whole heartedly recommend Riza's home and would definitely come back.

Aryas apartment was in the perfect location, 5 months walk to the train station, 5 min walk to galata towers, 10 mins to the pier, etc. the place was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed except laundry detergent. however, there was a laundry service 2 min walk away which did same day delivery. it was a bit tricky finding the place when we originally arrived, but it was also night and hard to see. once we got in, everything was smooth and easy to find the next time.

We stayed there with our children, 3 and 6 years, a week. It was almost perfect for us. There are no cars in front of the house and there are many lovely cats to play in front of the door. The necessary things such as dish soap, salt, oil, laundry detergent, etc. were all available. Directly 5 minutes from the house, the tram runs and about 15 minutes to the harbor where the ships start. This will get you everywhere quickly. A little bit up the hill there are lots of nice cafes and supermarkets. Such a beautiful little house in the middle of Istanbul is something very special. There is a Netflix access. When we accidentally logged out, we were helped within minutes. We didn't need the one bedroom which is on the ground floor/ basement. We can highly recommend the accommodation and will gladly come back.

quiet location within walking distance to Sultanahmet. it is extremely convenient, we even walked all the way to Galata Bridge from the place. The only down side is the staircase up and down especially if you want to use the toilet in the middle of the night. not recommended for people who has difficulties climbing stairs, there is no handle bars as you go up and down the stairs.

This place was fantastic! It looked just like its pictures. The location was great and we were able to walk very easily to either sites we wanted to see or get on a bus or ferry. Even though the city is noisy, this apartment was quiet and kept the sound out well. The host was just awesome- he was so helpful and responsive. He also gave the best recommendations that were amazing - whether it was a restaurant, tourist site, or general advice about the areas.

We had a fantastic stay at Ilker’s flat in Istanbul! The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to Istiklal Street and all the shops, plus it’s close to the iconic Galata Tower. Everything we needed was within easy reach, making it super convenient to explore the city. The flat itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—perfect for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home! Ilker was a wonderful host, always quick to respond to any questions we had and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a central and hassle-free place to stay in Istanbul, I can’t recommend this spot enough. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in the city!

If you're looking for a quiet stay in a convenient location, This is perfect for you. We had PLENTY of space inside, everything we needed to cook, and all of the local foods and tourist spots either right out the door or a short walk away. Location 10/10 (not touristy neighborhood, close to major roads and locations though, great hole in the wall food places nearby) Hosts 10/10 Very responsive, kind, courteous, and professional. House 10/10 Not a luxury house but those don't feel like you're at home anyways. Us, our kids, and our older parents had a feeling of being at home throughout our stay. Dont look any further!!

This place was beautiful and unique! The rooftop was gorgeous. They even let us stay a little bit late while waiting on picking up a car while the cleaning staff was there. Check in was very easy! Stairs are steep which was not a problem for us. Location was just perfect for the neighborhood, close to restaurants cafes and the water. The kitties outside were so cute and funny and kept trying to get inside!
