Vacation rentals with beach access in Başakşehir

The location and space is spectacular. So close to everything. We had two families of four and the rooms fit perfectly. Host was very responsive and had great local recommendations.

My friend and I had a great stay at Hasan’s place in Istanbul. The location is really convenient with lots of cute cafes, antique shops and restaurants within walking distance. You can get to the more busier touristy sites quite quickly but the immediate street is nice and quiet compared to the rest of the city. Hasan was very attentive and gave us lots of helpful tips and responded quickly when we had a question. Also the balcony was superr with such a nice view of the city. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is exactly how it‘s described in photos. The host is quite responsive and cooperative. We really did not have any problem, also bedrooms are on the backyard so no noise to be mentioned.

We lived there for a month. It was amazing. The neighborhood is great - peaceful, but still so many restaurants in walking distance. It was the perfect place to discover Istanbul. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is great. The view is stunning, and changes constantly depending on time of day and weather. I'll always remember it fondly.

Mr. Nedim responded quickly to our questions until we entered the house. The house was as in the photos and clean, you can stay with peace of mind.

I really liked this Airbnb. It's nice to have access to the roof. When I was staying it was two queen beds rather than queen bed + two single beds as on photoes.

The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities. Shops are nearby. The sea and the embankment are not far from the house. The owner is friendly and responsive.

This was an excellent stay with an amazing view! The location was ideal for anyone wanting an amazing view while still being close to everything nearby. The hosts were communicative and helpful throughout the stay and I would recommend this place to anyone!

This place was beautiful and unique! The rooftop was gorgeous. They even let us stay a little bit late while waiting on picking up a car while the cleaning staff was there. Check in was very easy! Stairs are steep which was not a problem for us. Location was just perfect for the neighborhood, close to restaurants cafes and the water. The kitties outside were so cute and funny and kept trying to get inside!

Very nice apartment with easy access to everything(Metro station, Ferry station, nice restaurants, etc.). Super host and very responsive, great recommendations. Mr. Fares was a very understanding and friendly gentleman, he greeted us before we checked into the house and accompanied us to the apartment. We stayed with my son and my wife, we found ourselves in the comfort of our home, and the shopping center and food and drink areas were quite convenient due to the location. The apartment is extremely clean and definitely provides a nice amenity especially for families in terms of price. I'm happy to know Mr. Fares, thank you for everything 🙏

Andreea was a brilliant host! She was extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. Showed us around the area, sent us restaurant recommendations, and even brought us umbrellas as it was quite rainy. The place was just what we needed, close to the convention center and comfortable for our family of 4. It was kept quite clean and the neighbourhood felt really safe and peaceful. This place is beautiful. The view is unbeatable and it’s connected to a hotel with pool and restaurant. Would definitely stay again

We were very satisfied. In general, there is additional parking, heating and cooling. The downside is there is one extension cord in the house.

The accommodation facilities were very good, and Mr. Hasan was very interested at the same time. They responded quickly to every question we had. The house was very clean. The amenities were also very nice.🙏🏻

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

I can’t speak highly enough about how great this experience was. Ömer made us feel right at home straight away, nothing was too much. Check in was a breeze & he was even kind enough to help us with our baggage, a truly fantastic host from start to finish. The apartment is lovely with brilliant views, very well stocked & perfect for a family stay (especially with a young child) as it’s very kid friendly whilst still being chic. We felt very safe at all times with the 24/7 security on the entrance & good cameras throughout the complex. The apartment was very clean & the washer/dryer set up was very useful indeed. Everything has been thought of in this complex, the amenities within walking distance were great! Pendik was beautiful too with lots to do & surrounded by very warm & helpful locals. Looking forward to returning in the future!!!

The place is great for summer, because there is a fan and an air conditioner. Internet is fast, which is was crucial for me at the moment. Everything is in the place, except washing machine, so you should prepare to take your clothes to the laundry nearby or to your friends house. There is a library coffeeshop right in front of the apartment, btw
