Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Başakşehir

Yavuz was a great host and I can highly recommend this mansion. This was truly our best Istanbul experience so far.

First of all, thank you Mr. Milat. She provided us with any convenience and showed a flexible attitude. He answered our questions without getting bored and quick. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and in a decent area.

We stayed at Baltazzi for four nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment was very clean and had a lot of character. It was comfortable for us, including three elderly family members and our seven-month-old baby.The location is great for fresh food and bread, and it’s just a few minutes’ walk to Istiklal Street. However, the walk includes a steep uphill section. The lift was helpful since the apartment is on the top floor, though it only fits two people at a time—but this wasn’t an issue for us. Communication with Hakan and his team was easy, and they responded quickly to any questions. We recommend this place for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Istanbul.

Very nice apartment with easy access to everything(Metro station, Ferry station, nice restaurants, etc.). Super host and very responsive, great recommendations. If you stay near Sultan Ahmet, you should come this area. If you stay here, you don’t need to go Sultan Ahmet. Based on my experience

We stayed for 3 nights. The house was very spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful time, and everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool, the warm pool, and the sauna – everything you could ask for. While it’s possible to get to the house by taxi, I would recommend having a car for getting to the store or other places, as there is no public transport, and walking anywhere would be quite far. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and are considering coming back again.

Musa’s place was great, near enough all the action around Galata tower but just that couple of hundred of meters away so you could stand back a bit - several bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity, loads in the neighbourhood (special recommendation for Galata Kitchen). There are a lot of steps (that is clear from the description) but I didn’t find it a problem. Access was easy once I found it from the metro station (which has multiple exits!). Musa was responsive and I had a great stay.

My partner and I stayed here for a week and it was exquisite! Erol and the entire staff were very helpful from the second we checked-in, their communication was top notch and they always greeted us when we entered or left the lobby. They responded quickly and helped us with anything we needed! The room was quiet and peaceful, basically a suite in the heart of Sultanahmet as almost everything is within walking distance. The cleaning service was every two days which was convenient and efficient. Access to a beautiful terrace and unlimited hot drinks included - great value for money! The service is of high quality and so is the experience, thanks Erol for a wonderful stay in Istanbul 😄

Had a great experience staying at Uygar's flat. The flat looks exactly like on the photos. The location of the flat is perfect with the metro station and bus stop just 5 mins walk from it. That makes exploring the city much easier. There are many restaurants around, as well as the shopping center. The communication with Uygar was excellent with our questions being answered promptly. Will definitely come back and stay at the flat again.

The experience at Hasan's apartment in Istanbul was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, with easy access to many public transport options and the panoramic view from the large windows is even more impressive than in the pictures 🌉 The apartment itself is very cosy and perfectly equipped, so that you immediately feel at home. Hasan is a great host who always responds quickly to any questions. An apartment that is highly recommended and one that you would definitely choose again on your next visit to Istanbul. 🙏

Great stay, comfortable and perfect location

Nisantasi is by far the best area to stay in all of Istanbul. And for us we could walk to most areas we enjoyed which included the ferries. Or we took a taxi to see sights. We really enjoyed the place. Was perfect for our getaway !!! Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Subhan's Airbnb in Istanbul! The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with all the basics like towels, toilet paper, Hair dryer, and kitchen tools. Located right next to the first stop of tramway T5 (Alıbeyköy Cep Otogarı), it was super easy to start our trips with available seats. The great appliances, including three Bosch air conditioners, made our summer stay very comfortable. Checking in was simple with the front desk giving us the keys quickly, and we enjoyed easy access to the swimming pool. The balcony offers a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing. An added plus was the supermarket right under the building—it had everything, from fruits and vegetables at good prices, and felt so safe that I could send my 9-year-old son to shop by himself. Highly recommend this place for a worry-free and enjoyable experience!

The host Altin is a great host, he was waiting for us by the door although we arrived late. He’s very helpful and helped us even with our luggage. Flexible in proving whatever we ask for. The place is better than it looks in the photos. Very clean, spacious and in high standards. I would definitely rent this place again and recommend it to everyone.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Istanbul! The property was spotless, beautifully adorned with candles and lavender, and filled with books that showcased the area’s rich culture. Friendly neighborhood cats added charm, making my recovery from surgery more pleasant. The host, an American, was incredibly helpful, especially with navigating international banking for my medical needs—a gesture I deeply appreciated. He personally greeted us, ensuring a smooth arrival in a foreign country. The home offered everything for a comfortable stay, with cozy decor, modern amenities, and stunning views in a peaceful area. I’m from Las Vegas, and the host plans to visit, so I look forward to reciprocating his kindness. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

We loved the view and the house. We had such a great time at the house. Our parents were visiting us and they had such a nice istanbul experience. It was great for the crowded family. The house had everything you would need. Such as every kitchen supply, hair dryer and cottons in every bathroom. Saeed was so nice and help-full, she was kind and sincere. We had such good time made some great memories.

This exceptional rental was a perfect haven for our 4-person team attending a conference. The house is stunning, meticulously clean, and brimming with unique amenities. The temperature-controlled swimming pool,warm fireplace and the heating system ran continuously provided the perfect sanctuary after long workdays. What truly elevated our experience was the extraordinary hospitality of the hosts. Although the owner doesn't speak English, his son Deniz was our primary point of contact—and what a delightful contact he was! The entire family demonstrated remarkable sincerity and warmth. They arranged reasonable transportation, guided us through local streets on our first day, helped us exchange cash, and went above and beyond in their care.Daily, the owner would visit to clear leaves from the pool, light the fireplace, and even bring fresh bread on first day morning. Deniz consistently offered valuable tourist recommendations and suggest exciting routes, making us feel genuinely welcomed.

We booked it for a special day, and now this house is a special place for us. We accumulated very nice memories and it was a very nice experience from the end, thank you so much for your attention and kindness!

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks with two toddlers and enjoyed our stay very much. It fits 6 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Gulcan was very responsive and accommodating. She provided a lot of toys for the kids and even found a second high chair for us to use. The house is clean and the cleaning lady Gülcan recommends does an amazing job. We enjoyed spending time in the garden with the kids. Also, there is a big playground for kids nearby. The villa is located in a closed community of 12 houses. It is not a stand alone villa. I think it was not clear from the listing. But we liked this set up even better. All neighbors are very friendly and our kids played together. The view from the villa is to kill for. We enjoyed watching sunsets over the Sea of Marmara All 12 villas have access to the pool. We did not use it because it was November, but the pool is amazing. It is big and deep and must be a lot of fun in summer. We would recommend this villa to everyone. Gulcan is amazing host

The villa sits in a very good area with excellent grounds and a well-maintained house. Our group of 10 had plenty of space for overnight stays. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen items and BBQ accessories. The pool was a major highlight—quite large with cool backlighting, adding to the ambiance. The property itself was also equipped with night lighting, enhancing the outdoor experience further. The large grounds offered a stunning river view and included a viewing platform and a dedicated grill zone. Inside, the villa boasted a large living room, allowing all of us to dine together comfortably. The kitchen was spacious, and air conditioning was available in all rooms, which worked perfectly. There were plenty of bathrooms, making it convenient for everyone to use the facilities at any time without disturbances. Overall, our stay was incredibly satisfying, and I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable retreat near Istanbul
