L’établissement est reculé & loin de tout à pied. Vous devez avoir un véhicule .Cependant la vue et l’intérieur des murs en valent le déplacement ! C’est magnifique . La chambre était superbe, le seul bémol est qu’il fallait sortir la nuit dans un corridor pour la toilette. Il y a deux beaux grands salons, foyer, bibliothèque, cuisine avec frigo partagé. Une cour intérieure joliement décorée . Je n’ai pas aimé mon arrivé , seulement après 15:00 prcq la réception est fermée et qu’il n’y a personne. On voulait profiter de la vue et la piscine(pas possible). Le lendemain à 10am on devait déjà être partis on nous l’a repeté 3 fois, c’était comprit la 1 ere fois ! C’est tôt , pour avoir le temps de prendre une douche et déjeuner . Cela nous a beaucoup déplu ! Le piscine bien qu’elle soit ecolo est plus comme un étang où nager avec les grenouille peut être possible. Faites attention après 18:30 si vous avez un problème ,plus personne ne répond ! (Serviettes en location à 5 euro. )

Octavia was very kind and welcoming. The house is designed with a strong commitment to the environment, wich I appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Recomended

Nossa acomodação em Siena foi ótima graças à atenção dada pela Eugenia desde antes do dia do check-in. O quarto em si era espaçoso, arejado e estava bem arrumado quando chegamos. O chuveiro é muito bom (o que foi um alívio já que passamos por airbnbs que tinham apenas ducha. O que mais gostamos da acomodação foi, sem dúvidas, o terraço com vista para a cidade, onde foi possível tomar café da manhã. Ademais, é bem localizado, com vários restaurantes ao redor. Recomendo aos usuários do Airbnb!

È stato un soggiorno molto bello e rilassante. Anelida e Mauro ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Anelida è un host molto scrupolosa, precisa e professionale. La colazione era veramente speciale e molto curata. Anelida preparava le torte, i biscotti ed il pane con le sue mani e con ingredienti del territorio. Ci è dispiaciuto dover rientrare a casa. Anelida e Mauro sono proprio dei super Host.

We cannot recommend this property highly enough! From the beautiful setting, to the amazing hosts (who have the best local knowledge), this experience was amazing. We highly recommend a dip in the pool or enjoy a good book in the serenity. We already can’t wait to come back

Silvia's San Croce Terrace was a pleasure. It is easily accessed by bus from Santa Maria Novella station and a short walk to the major attractions and restaurants. We found the apartment to be very clean and well accessorized. Silvia even provided breakfast items such as yogurt, milk, juice and bread for toast. And then to be able to sit on the terrace at the beginning or end of the day was very nice. We highly recommend Silvia's San Croce Terrace.

В помешканні затишно але доволі просторо. Більше нагадує власне житло ніж стандартний номер готелю. Трамвай маршруту Т1 чітко за графіком та швидко дістане вас до центру міста, інших історичних місць або залізничних вокзалів (3 шт). Наявність поблизу кафе-Caldana для сніданків, також додає балів. Рекомендую.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit traumhaftem Garten. Das Zimmer hat fantastische Deckenmalereien und man fühlt sich wie in einem Palast. Einziges Manko war, dass das Restaurant anscheinend dienstags geschlossen ist, was leider nach sich gezogen hat, dass es ab Nachmittag auch keinerlei getränketechnische Bewirtung auf der gesamten Hotelfläche gab - das bei Anreise am Tag vorher den Gästen zu kommunizieren wäre hilfreich gewesen, da wir nicht die einzigen waren, die offensichtlich nicht Bescheid wussten. Ansonsten eine absolut einmalige Erfahrung und zu 💯 empfehlenswert!

The spot was beautiful and quaint. A short drive from the airport and in a quiet area surrounded by rolling hills. The owners were great and the breakfast was delicious! Would stay here again. Thanks again.

Un lugar extraordinario y excepcional. Diego super atento. Iba tarde y me escribieron para ver si llegaba a la cena y esperarme y elegir menú. La ven extraordinaria. Aunque llegamos corriendo hicieron que la llegada fuera de lo mejor. Un lugar con magia y paz ! Solo me quedé una noche. Sin duda regresaré y me hospedaré un par de noches!!!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft. Man sieht Weinberge, egal wohin man schaut. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Frühstück lecker, der Pool wunderbar erfrischend und der Wein köstlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiterinnen der Rezeption. Sie haben uns super geholfen und übersetzt, als wir Probleme mit unserem Auto hatten.

Vi fick checka in redan vid 10.00 då vi var tidiga. Vi möttes av en trevlig värd som både bjöd på fika och vin,öl på kvällen och jättefin frukost! Boendet var oerhört fräscht och modernt 😊 Vilken pärla vi återkommer gärna till Danieles fina ställe 🥰 Hälsningar Malin o Mange

Absolutely amazing stay! The location and house were fantastic. We loved our terrace/ balcony. We got the train into Florence and walked through the gates into Lucca - Lucca is beautiful. The breakfast was amazing, the best fresh croissants we’ve ever tasted! So much food and fresh orange and good coffee! Absolutely loved our stay here! Could come and go as we pleased, very quiet yet near everything. Thoroughly recommend. The bedroom/ embroidered sheets/ towels - attention to details which was appreciated.

Da Lorenzo è come essere a casa lontani da casa, sono persone stupende e ci siamo subito trovati benissimo. Dall'ottima comunicazione alla super disponibilità ad ogni nostra richiesta o domanda, Lorenzo ci ha aperto le porte di casa sua e forse anche di un pezzo di cuore, sembra che ospita persone per conoscere e farsi conoscere e per far vivere le mura della casa sempre e comunque, anche se loro per lavoro o per altri motivi non riescono starci, ci fanno stare altre persone. E che bella casa poi, una piccola villa in mezzo alla natura di un verde che intossica tutto intorno, arredata con gusto e completa di ogni cosa! Sicuramente torneremo perché una volta che superi il traguardo della Casa di Agata, ti senti in debito per ritornarci. Se si è amanti del verde, della tranquillità, della Toscana con tutto quello che ha da offrire, quella autentica dei borghi, un soggiorno alla Casa di Agata è tutto quello che serve. Everything was great! Benedetta was super kind, helpful and replied fast to messages. Her place was super clean and beautiful. The garden especially was so beautiful to sit and enjoy in. The breakfast was perfect and the room itself very clean and everything functioned well. Thank you! 🥰

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

An absolutely stunning spot in the Tuscan hills. The house is beautiful, filled with lovely communal and private spaces. We loved the honesty box feature with great cocktails and lovely wines to choose from. The room was gorgeous, great comfortable bed with good sheets. Lovely clean bathroom with views over the vineyards. The spot was well located to major towns and we had a lovely dinner at a restaurant close by that was recommended by Gabriele. A truly magical spot and our hosts were super friendly and accomodating.

Unser Aufenthalt im B&B Sottomonte war einfach traumhaft. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Adam, dem Gastgeber, herzlich empfangen – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Adam war nicht nur unglaublich freundlich, sondern auch äußerst hilfsbereit: Er gab uns tolle Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und versteckten Highlights in der Umgebung, die unseren Urlaub wirklich besonders gemacht haben. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön gelegen – mitten in der toskanischen Landschaft, ruhig und idyllisch. Unser Zimmer war liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück gefallen – frisch, regional und mit Liebe zubereitet. Sottomonte ist der perfekte Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und das echte toskanische Lebensgefühl zu genießen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank, Adam, für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

We verbleven aan het einde van onze twee-weekse rondreis door Italië bij Amanda in Toscane. De rust en ruimte die je hier vindt is fantastisch. Het huisje was super schoon en fijn en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Het zwembad, het uitzicht en de omgeving was volgens ons helemaal perfect. Bedankt Amanda!

Esperienza ottima. La stanza veramente graziosa, fornita di tutto il necessario e soprattutto... pulitissima. Rosy è stata un host eccezionale e ha fornito indicazioni precise sulle regole della casa e sulla sua posizione. La struttura è appena fuori dal centro storico di Arezzo ed in posizione strategica per visitare Firenze e Siena. super consigliata.
