Charming first floor of a guesthouse dateing back to late ‘800, just restaured. Bedroom and bathroom fully equipped. It is in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore, only reachable via feet. The window faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. Beautiful terrace facing far away the lake and the castles of Cannero, perfect for an aperitivo at sunset. Atmosphere of an english cottage, perfect for a couple. The bed is a king one, yes kitchen.

We stayed with our three adult children for a week at Anna and Tobias' house. The house is a wonderful place for a family reunion - an oasis of peace and deceleration, pure relaxation. It is equipped and furnished with so much love for detail, we enjoyed cooking together in the perfectly equipped kitchen. The house is very spacious and yet very cozy. And yet the house offers every modern comfort you could wish for on vacation. A very special treat for the eye and a treat for the soul is the terrace with a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore - a place you hardly want to leave. However, the house is also the perfect starting point for hikes in the area, e.g. to the Cima di Morissolo, probably the only peak overlooking the entire lake... in any case impressively beautiful. We will be happy to come back.

Wonderful accommodation for a quiet getaway on a beautiful lake. Two tips: A) Thick socks for the stone floor – otherwise the feet will get a little cold. B) The lock box is a little stuck, but it works with two hands. And we were lucky in our misfortune: A storm almost paralyzed our WiFi in the evening. But the view over the lake with this nightly thunderstorm and all the lightning made up for it again! :)

We spent very relaxing and restful days in this beautiful accommodation. The two-story, well-kept house (with wooden stairs to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom) is wonderfully quiet with a breathtaking view elevated on the slope of Brissago. A toilet right at the entrance, the open, well-equipped kitchen and the spacious living and dining room as well as the terrace are on the ground floor. The house can only be reached on foot via some steep Ticino stairs (fitness training included ;)). There are parking spaces on the street for the car. Everything is very well documented and described by Judith and Hans and corresponds to the pictures. (Small tip as a supplement: pull the lid of the key box firmly so that it hangs out). We felt completely comfortable! It was fantastic!

The apartment is a great place to stay, the view from the balcony is fantastic; the area is very peaceful but only 20 min walk to the Lake front restaurants, local shops and bars & there is public transport nearby. The apartment is very comfortable with all you need for a vacation.
