Vacation rentals with a patio in Bagnoregio

Beautiful apartment, large and very well-equipped. Located at the top of SPELLO, it can be reached from a nearby parking lot below where there is usually a space (in April). Former cellars, the room is dug into the rock and is lit only by very small skylights. It is therefore dark and electric light is essential at all times of the day. But in return, it always stays cool. The terrace is lovely and the view is appreciable. Corrado, in charge of the apartment, whom we asked for help on several occasions, is unfailingly kind and patient. Very efficient, he also has a great sense of humor and very good advice. Thanks to him for helping make the stay perfect!

This is not a popular tourist destination, need to be reached by car and the lake is quiet and open.The room is simple, comfortable and clean.The homeowner was very responsive and solved a few small problems very quickly. Recommended

the apartment is located on the main street of Marta, very close to the long lake. Very clean apartment in every room. Alessia is a great host, and makes guests feel immediately at ease. The house has everything you need, and I emphasize that I have rarely found in the various apartments where I have been a fire extinguisher and a blanket, this makes you understand how attentive you are to everything. Highly recommended to stay and be able to visit everything in the area. Thank you, and see you soon.

Grazie mile. It was a very beautiful Apartment and very clean. The train station is very close and it takes you only 20 minutes to travel to Rom. Jessica is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come again.

Nice studio in a beautiful wine estate, ideally located for visiting Florence. Bedding is good and the renovated bathroom is nice. The only drawback is the location of the studio with direct view on all the pathways of the estate (bedroom window directly on the restaurant terrace).

The apartment was great, clean, tidy and just as described in the photos. Filippo was always attentive, and was very kind. Highly recommended to return.

I spent a weekend in Andrea's apartment and everything was magnificent! The apartment is well furnished, new and above all impeccably clean. It has everything you need and has a beautiful garden where you can enjoy a pleasant breakfast. The location is also perfect, on the main street of the village with bars and restaurants and a short walk from Lake Bolsena, I could not have asked for better! Andrea was a fantastic host, extremely kind, very responsive, always available to help us and meet our needs. I 100% recommend staying at Andrea's, I'll definitely be back!

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

Great location to use as a base to visit the surroundings of Soriano nel Cimino and Viterbo yet calm, verdant and peaceful surroundings to rest and recharge after a day of sightseeing. A perfect vacation.

Matteo's house was great to stay in. We found everything we needed inside. The location is beautiful and the grounds are large with lots to do. We enjoyed the short walk to Sutri and exploring the town.

What can we say but that we will definitely be back for a longer stay! Lorenza is kind and caring, the apartment is spacious, very clean, soft and fragrant sheets and towels and then the house is surrounded by greenery, in short, just as we imagine a small paradise! A lovely place to turn off your cell phone and forget about the outside world:)

Such a sweet spot in old Orvieto! Directions to get there were very detailed and the hosts were super responsive. The garden was lovely for breakfast and of course it was just a short walk to delicious food, shopping, and all the sights. Lovely stay!!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We were absolutely charmed by Ilva’s condo. The condo is so cute and cozy, and the view is stunning. It’s also walking distance to basically all of Orvieto. Ilva was so responsive and helpful!

Location of the house in a quiet and peaceful area with outdoor parking about 5 meters from the entrance. The villa is surrounded by a garden on two sides and a beautiful porch where you can enjoy spacious and quiet spaces furnished with garden furniture and lemon trees. The interior is furnished in an essential but tasteful way. The house is cozy, super clean and has all the comforts. The host has always been attentive to our every need for the entire period of stay in the house. Congratulations to the owners.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Wow! What a beautiful sanctuary in a lovely, historic town. The apartment was spotless and comfortable , offered all the necessary amenities plus some treats we weren’t expecting. A bit hard to find but Stefania was available to guide us in and to help with check in. The bedrooms were spacious and everything was tastefully decorated. If you are looking for a cozy place to stay in Spello, look no further.

Lovely and comfortable apartment located in a great location, near Piazza del Mercato. Inside we found everything you need for the stay: coffee, water, snacks, cooking utensils. Laura welcomed us in person upon our arrival (which is not for everyone) and showed us step by step through a video where to park and how to reach the apartment in a simple and fast way.

Laura and Alberto are two extremely kind people and always available. They welcomed us very well by preparing homemade bread and jam. The day after our arrival, they prepared a typical Tuscan pasta that they kindly offered us. Always ready to recommend places to visit. Amelie was also a critical part of our stay🐶 Recommended for those who want to relax and visit part of Tuscany.

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.
