Upon our arrival, Laura was already waiting for us in the parking lot, as it continued on foot from there, it was a very exciting arrival. With our luggage we hiked quite steeply downhill through the medieval village, up to our place. We opened the door and from then on we were completely delighted. The view from the window, directly onto the mountains and the stream down in the valley from which the rushing of the flowing water could be heard, didn't let us get out of wonder. This location is easy wonderful. We enjoyed the swimming pool in the morning to really wake up first. It was cleaned for us every day. I could go on raving forever, this vacation will definitely be remembered forever. Thank you Laura for always responding to our questions in a timely manner.

We were with family (7 adults, one child and two dogs!). We were happy to find a pet-friendly rental. Letizia, with whom we were in contact, was very available and very helpful. Due to traffic jams, we arrived late at night; however, my eldest son was already in Bibbiena (we had to pick him up by the way). Letizia came to pick him up and he was able to integrate the house and wait for us quietly. Otherwise, the house was spacious and comfortable and we were delighted with our vacation.

We've had some absolutely amazing days at Villa II Castello in Ortignano. The house is quiet, at the top of the hill with a great view of mountains on one side and valley to the other. There's a really good vibe in the house, high ceilings, and lots of spaciousness. The pool is amazing and was used a lot. Our host, Novella, was very welcoming and helpful. She offers a home course in Italian cooking, which we never had time to use, and is happy to give good tips for restaurants etc. in the area. We can recommend trips to Sienna and Arezzo and a trip to the natural park north-east of Ortignano. We went to Camaldoli and went on a walk from there. Mountain-takingly beautiful. At one end of the house, on the lower floor, lives an older couple. The house and garden are completely divided, so you don't disturb each other. Our warmest recommendations for Novella, the beautiful Tuscan house and not least amazing Toscona.
