With open fields to the north and east, this home boasts the feel of a homestead with its secluded, fenced-in back yard and covered deck. A short walk or drive delivers you to the town square, where you'll find a farmer's market, art fairs, and outdoor movies in the summer months. Down the street, you'll find a fantastic coffee shop, gift shop, theatre, Mexican restaurant, and local bar.

Hilltop Studio Apt.

Located one hour from Omaha in the scenic Loess Hills of Iowa, this newly remodeled studio apartment above the garage has a large deck and a beautiful valley view overlooking my hometown. With a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, full kitchen, shower in bathroom, laundry, and gas fireplace, the apt. is attached by an elevated deck to the main house, my childhood home, (which my husband and I call our "Hilltop Hospitality House"). We are excited to welcome gracious guests to this lovely space.

There is also a fridge for keeping your food fresh. Soak up nature while you hike the trails around Oak Haven Acres, a 32 acre farm in rural Iowa. For your security we have a trail camera at the beginning of the driveway that won’t intrude on your privacy.

Our Bungalow is furnished with everything you might need and more! Beautiful hardwood floors support a 'home away from home'. Nestled in the middle of Coon Rapids, Iowa you will be minutes from everything you need - grocery, shopping, golf, aquatic center, local restaurants and all that Whiterock Conservancy has to offer including trails of all kinds - running, biking, horseback riding and more. Pets are not allowed on property.

Cozy Craftsman Cottage

Whether you need 1 bedroom or the whole house we offer the Cottage which sleeps 8 guests OR we now have the Loft above the garage in the backyard which sleeps 3 guests. It can be found on Airbnb as the Loft Audubon IA. The bright playful style and comfortable furnishings will make you feel right at home during your stay. We look forward to hosting your group-large or small!

Cozy one bedroom house with fully equipped kitchen. Pots and pans, dishes, stove, microwave and coffee pot & coffee all available to guests. Roku TV, WiFi, washer and dryer as well. Bedroom with Queen size bed and full size pull out couch in living room. Entry has no steps and convenient on street parking near front door.
