Monthly Rentals in Ashland

Tom and Melissa's place was lovely. It was very quiet and had everything I needed for a month stay.

Charming old fashioned feeling little studio with great bed, blackout curtains, complete kitchen and super walking location. Bathroom is super tiny but 1 person in at a time is doable. Lovely patio garden and deck to enjoy coffee in the morning. Easy parking in the alley behind the main house and attached studio. Close to everything!!!

The Carriage House far exceeded our expectations! It was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Julia was quick to respond and extremely flexible and kind. We walked to restaurants, shopping and OSF plays. The location worked well for us. We will definitely return to the Carriage House on our next Ashland visit!

My extended stay at the cottage was a delight. The morning sun and viewing of the local deer and wild turkeys brought joy to the start of my day. The convenience of the location near the park and town plaza is a added bonus. Melody and Jeff were super kind and generous hosts who helped the feeling of being at home at the cottage. I would definitely stay here again for an extended stay in lovely Ashland.
