Perfect little cottage. Excellently equipped, clean and the surroundings were stunning. Lovely little church at the end of the road was such a treat. I particularly enjoyed being two doors down from a lovely bakery/coffee shop which came in very handy for breakfast. Everything you could need being within 5 min walking distance meant it was unnecessary to feel like you needed to travel all over. Great stay.

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

We had a great stay at Deannas beautiful house! It was said by multiple guests that it felt really homely and a very loved home, which is hard to find when looking for large rentals! We were very lucky with the weather so were able to make the most of the beautiful and well looked after garden, which comfortably sat us all. It was also very well equipped which made our lives so much easier trying to cater to 14 people, with additional fridge and freezer in the utility room. Deanna was a great host, and went above and beyond to ensure we had local information and fun things to do, with a relaxed check in and out time which was greatly appreciated. Thank you again for an incredible stay, I look forward to hopefully booking again soon!

What a beautiful place to stay. We sunbathed, played games on the beach and chilled out on the verandah all weekend - it was perfect for a group of friends! When booking, we hadn’t realised there was no road access to the house (our oversight!!), so this is worth bearing in mind. You will need to carry bags etc across the beach or sand dunes to get to the house. The house is evidently a much loved family home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in an absolutely beautiful location.

Lovely accommodation in a wonderful location. Ideal for a dog, with walk routes starting opposite the property.

Clean and had everything we needed. Great location for ferry crossings and Dover castle. Perfect for our 5 yo twins with play ground and green spaces for them to burn off energy.

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

We loved our stay in this immaculately converted barn. It is huge, plenty space inside for when it was raining. The pond and the jacuzzi were a real treat, and the games room was used by everybody. We loved our barbecues outside, overlooking the valley, listening to the chickens. And we couldn't believe we had breakfast with still-warm-from-just-having-been-laid eggs! We would have loved a dryer or a bigger outside drying rack for all our wet stuff, as we had a toddler with us, but that didn't spoil our fun. We will recommend this beautiful place to our friends!

My first time down romney sands with my girlfriend. We both loved the location of shingle bay 11 and it was really peaceful location of the hoilday park. Julie was an execellent host and couldnt fault her. She and scott came out to sort out the tv in the bedroom for us. Im defo going to book shingle bay 11 in the future hoilday. Also you looking for a peaceful hoilday shingle bay 11 is the place for you.

Perfect place for our family of four to stay for a peaceful and secluded retreat for a couple of nights. The cottage was lovely and the grounds and surrounding garden were beautiful. My two primary school aged daughters loved spending time in the swimming pool and even attempted to play a bit of tennis! Caroline was a brilliant host and keen to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Super friendly and always clear and responsive with communication. Would love to stay here again some time and hope we get a chance to do so!

We had a wonderful time staying in Shirley’s caravan. The holiday park is well-maintained, and it was quiet and relaxing throughout our stay. Everything matched the description perfectly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, and conditioner. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a great selection of books and board games—perfect for quality family time. One of the best parts was the location: the beach is just a short walk away. Overall, it was a lovely and stress-free getaway. p.s. What a wonderful property Daweswood is! It’s stunning and had everything we needed for our weekend. Allister was lovely, he always responded quickly to my (many) questions in advance of our stay and on the check in day provided so much information and very clear instructions that made it all go smoothly. He even checked in with us after our first night which was lovely. I couldn’t recommend Daweswood and Allister as a host enough, I will absolutely be recommending him, and really hope to stay again.

Abigail’s place is charming, full of character and located in a very peaceful street. We felt at home straight away with a lovely bright, well-stocked kitchen, comfy bed and coffee machine. It was close to the seafront and also the beating heart of Ramsgate with a Waitrose just around the corner - you couldn’t ask for a better spot. We loved our visit to Ramsgate and would definitely stay at Abigail’s lovely home again. Thank you!

When it comes to dogs lovers, this is the best property we've found so far. The enormous and diverse garden is truly secured, including for a Houdini husky. It has so much going on that dogs will not be bored. The house is welcoming and super clean, with lots of thought given to the needs of humans and dogs alike. The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed making all our meals. The hosts communicate exceptionally well, and despite living next door we had 100% privacy and peace. The surrounding is walkable from the property and we never had to move the car once in three days to give the dogs a great walk. There are hours and hours of trails from the doorstep. Truly highly recommended. The only thing to consider is that the beautiful and welcoming shared space inside isn't big, so absolutely perfect for sunny days, and perhaps less so for bad weather if you come in a party of four, or if your dogs need their own space. We felt very fortunate to find this gem and hope to come again.

I stayed at Mary's studio with my 4 year old daughter. Mary went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. For my daughter she had books and toys laid out, a kids bathrobe and slippers and after a day at the beach we returned to find a sand and water play table set up in the garden. The studio is just lovely and cosy, we had everything we needed including plenty of extra special touches.

This is our second visit to The Nest. And we enjoyed it just as much as our previous stay. Very clean and private in a beautiful part of the world that means a lot to us. Thank you once again Vicky and Elliot.

I bought 2 nights stay for my friends birthdays. It’s in a great location for beautiful beach walks. My friends had dogs so plenty of places to walk them. Liz was a fantastic host. very friendly and responsive. Add some lovely little touches for my friends when they arrived. The place was beautifully clean and well equipped. Would recommend.
