Vacation rentals with lake access in Arvada

This property was amazing !! We loved the secluded lakeside cabin with plenty of amenities and any gear you would want to use, available for you. Catherine and Chris were amazing hosts with flexible check in and very helpful with giving us info on the best hiking locations and information on how they’ve up-kept the lake by putting in an aeration system that allows the fish and wildlife to thrive there. Super close to the casino and skiing, a great location over all with a homey feel. Everything inside the home was well stocked and well maintained. It’s clear that these homeowners take pride in their property. It was truly so special to watch all the moose move through the lawn in the evenings and even a bald eagle soaring during the day over the lake !! We would love to visit again and give friends recommendations to stay here. Thank you !!

Kristy and Kevin thought of everything. Great recommendations in an easy-to -follow format, plenty of dishes and utensils, comfortable bed with trundle, ample space, walk-in closet with lots of storage, and many options for movies and tv shows. The apartment was located in a private neighborhood very close to downtown Evergreen. Great option for a couple!!

Philip's place was just what the dr ordered. the location was great. The lake was great. All of it was great. It's a walk out basement but it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Definitely planning on booking this spot again.

Stayed here long term working remotely. Perfect place to call a temporary home. Very quiet house and location, safe/quiet neighborhood. Great lake nearby to catch the sunset. Not walkable to groceries / restaurants, but quick drive to basically anything you'd like. Quick drive to get onto the 6/i70 to get into the mountains. Kitchen has a hot plate, toaster oven (can use like a small regular oven), microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge (with freezer). Utensils, knives, cookware...basically anything you'd need to cook full meals. Laundry in-unit. Basement unit, so not much natural light. Internet is ~700mbps down ~400mbps up, perfect for working remotely. Patricia is awesome, super helpful and very kind. Ask for skiing recommendations! Highly recommend!

Cody’s place was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect for my stay as I was visiting my son who lives in the area. I love being able to walk/run around the lake, walk to my son’s place. I even saw a beautiful bald eagle on the lake. This location is convenient to many Colorado adventures!!

Katherine and Lori were wonderful responsive hosts. The home was so comfortable and welcoming, it truly felt like we were staying with family. It was well stocked with everything we needed including cooking basics and spices, a well appointed kitchen (we love making big family dinners at home and had everything we needed). Reliable appliances and a massive TV to relax and watch movies with the family. All of the beds were really comfortable. The hot tub and rooftop patio were a great added bonus with views of downtown. The house is in a great location for us, easy to get downtown or on the freeway, and we walked around Sloan’s lake with the dog at least once a day (it’s a great 3 mile trial for walking and running with views of the front range and downtown.) Highly recommended and looking forward to coming back.

Had a wonderful stay, and the location is great. The unit was very clean, quiet, and spacious. Abby even made sure we had a parking space waiting for us, although there is plenty more street parking available if needed. It’s a very short and pleasant walk to the lake, and there are plenty of amenities in the area. Would stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was sunny and warm when we arrived and we saw a bald eagle perched atop a tree by the house. We sat and watched him fly over the lake then come back to the tree a few times. The next day the temperature dropped and it started snowing but it was still comfortable to step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The hot tub was amazing. It was so peaceful and relaxing watching the landscape change as the snow fell.

We had a great stay at this home for our snowboard weekend! The location was perfect—super easy access to Eldora, and the town itself was incredibly cute with lots of charm. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was fantastic—very responsive and accommodating with any requests we had, which made our stay even smoother. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy getaway near the slopes!
