I stayed in Alessandra's apartment with my husband and my brothers-in-law with the intention of visiting the area. Perfect accommodation for 4, with two bathrooms that gave each couple their own privacy. Everything comfortable and very clean, with many details that made our stay easy and very pleasant. The terrace overlooking the countryside and the lake is very enjoyable and a real poem. It was a very pleasant stay in every respect!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

We spent the month of April at Casa Catena and loved our stay. It was wonderful to be in the center of Spello where everything was in walking distance. Yes, it is a hill town, but think of what great shape your legs will be in if you stay a while! We spent much of our time hiking around the olive groves above Spello, the fields below, and exploring around Umbria. We highly recommend Casa Catena as a home base for your travels. Cinta and Paola (who manage for Adrian and Sue) were so friendly and very responsive to any of our needs. We will miss them! (One quick note is that the house is on the main road of vibrant Spello, not far from two bell towers. So, there is lots of activity and bells. If you are looking for something quiet, you should probably look a bit away from the center.)

This is a beautiful place to stay where you can enjoy the view of Lake Bosenna at a glance. Everywhere in the house was beautifully decorated to the point that it felt like the locals lived there, and the space was more spacious than the colors. The location is the last house on the lake side of the villa complex on the hillside, so the view from the window as well as the view from the second floor veranda is fantastic. The host responded quickly and in detail, and the friend who helped me check in was also kind. It's a nice place to stay, peaceful and happy, just looking at the beautiful lake view from the room.

We absolutely loved it and would definitely want to return there - a very special place, lovely people - a real holiday!

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. I look forward to returning, perhaps in the summer.

Very clean and tidy apartment in the 2000s style full of lights. The equipment is very welcome to have a full breakfast in the house.

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

This is a spacious and comfortable house with a beautiful garden and pool area. It was all exactly as described. Our host was very helpful. Rome and other areas were easily accessible by car. Would absolutely recommend. ❤️

Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

Claudia's place is a real gem. We were a family of 8 staying at the villa and we had a great time. The scenery is breathtaking and the space is perfect for a larger family. The grounds of the villa are very well kept and the spa area was amazing. We are already talking about our next trip! Thank you again for a unforgettable stay.
