Stayed two months before and after here, feeling like your own home.Big house with lots of books and a small garden.There were a lot of flowers when I stayed here. the coop supermarket is only two minutes away, after two minutes walking another two minutes is a good coffee shop and cake shop, except Monday when it closes, I go for two cups of coffee every day.5 minutes to the bus stop to Siena, go to school after coffee.I'll scatter after dinner to st. Andrea, pass by the grass and vineyards and have seen wild boars and deer.I hope to have the opportunity to come back to Colle and stay in this beautiful place.

Location is very good and room was clean. Easy to check in and get in. Most of all the host Alessandra was super nice. But be aware that in Firenze(actually most of Italy), there are many mosquittos. Prepare your mosquitto spray!

Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Florence, after walking for about 20 minutes into Florence visiting all the iconic cathedrals, museums, and gardens , not no mention the many wonderful trattoria’s, osteria’s, and wine bars down the many side streets, walking back through Amandas front door every evening and relaxing after a long day of exploring with a bottle of wine on the balcony, with wonderful views of the city. Everywhere was clean spotless and fresh with views of the city and mountains from every window, including the bathroom. If you take a lot of clothes, there’s plenty of wardrobe space and drawers, If you drink coffee and tea it’s provided. There’s even a filter tap. The apartment is a 3 min walk from the tram/bus stop, allowing us easy access to the villages and a 25 min walk to the train and bus terminal. (A trip to Siena (bus 131R from the terminal) and Fiesole (bus 11) is a must) We can’t thank you enough or recommend you more highly. Molto bene Grazie

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

Large airbnb tucked outside the city. Location is very walkable. Space is large, and unit is clean. Marina & her team were very accommodating with us as well, which I appreciate!

Florinda’s apartment was great! She is friendly and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. I highly recommend her place if you’re looking to stay a bit away from the city center. As others have mentioned, it’s just a 5–10 minute walk to the tram and about 20 minutes to the center. Lastly, we enjoyed our short trip to Florence.

Our farmhouse for the week was everything we needed! Complete peace away from everything in beautiful countryside. An easy 8 min drive into town where we rented bikes ( great rides in area) and ate at local restaurants. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and warm and even welcomed us with a delicious homemade pie! Although we were there in the Fall, the pool and outdoor area was very inviting! Highly recommend for a place away from the big city of Florence ( only 45 min away!)

We had a lovely stay at Federico’s apartment. It was larger than the pictures, and we felt so comfortable in the apartment. It had everything needed for a family, a large living room, utensils to cook meals at home, and the neighborhood is very safe. You can walk about 15-20 minutes to the city center, or easily call a taxi. Thank you Federico for letting us stay at your beautiful apartment!

This was one of my greatest Airbnb experiences ever. Clara was so kind and helpful. She even drove me to meet her son and see his amazing sheepdog training farm. The room was centrally located near the main square in Cortona and is well laid out. There is an elevator which I appreciated. The town is a gem. I have visited Tuscany for over 25 years and this is the loveliest, most picturesque town of any I have seen. I will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved the location of this Airbnb! The view out the window was stunning, and it was extremely clean and nice! Thank goodness for the teeny elevator because I had hurt my leg and there are lots of stairs, but other than that, we were very happy!

Very comfortable apartment with parking and located in a strategic area to easily reach the historic center of Perugia with the minimetro. Hugo was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend it!!!

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. Kids love it and kitchen are well equip!! Thanks marco for your beautiful place and hosting us!!! I recommend this place for quiet country side place.

We had an excellent stay with our son and my parents in Valentina's apartment. The welcome is impeccable, Valentina is very kind and attentive to give all the useful information to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean and with everything you need to cook. It has a large garden with a common pool. Indomma a paradisiacal place! We hope to be back soon! 100% recommended

We received very warm welcome and enjoyed very much Frederica's house, pool, pasta and last but not least Siena , San Galgano and San Gusmo' very much. The place is perfect and I don't remember other spaces from airbnb which can compete with this one. I hope we will be able to come again some time soon.

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

Super place, even nicer than the pictures and with very warm and helpful hosts :) The stately property is beautifully located with many animals and magnificent views over the plain. The whole Casentino Valley can be easily reached by bike, train or car. It was particularly friendly for us to receive support from the hosts on arrival and departure by train and to be provided with bicycles for local activities. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good at the beginning of May, but otherwise everything was just beautiful! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay! Emanuele and Angela were very kind and replied to any question very quickly. The place is perfect to relax and take day-trips to nearby towns such as Cortona, Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano. We enjoyed the pool after big days of visiting the surroundings during very hot days. I recommend it to anyone who wants a mix of visiting and relaxing! :)

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful stone house in the Tuscan countryside. The house is full of character and charm, with lovely architectural details and a peaceful atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the stunning views from the garden and the refreshing pool surrounded by olive trees and flowers. The place was clean, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true escape in nature!
