Francesco is super helpful, responding quickly to our needs. The place is cleaned daily. Strategic area to be able to visit several places of Florence (even on foot). It also includes Italian breakfast (very good) at a really well equipped and well-stocked bar. If we were to return to Florence, I would definitely choose this solution again!

The Airbnb felt just like home. We absolutely loved it. Everything was super clean, the view was amazing, and everyone we came across was so kind. The host is incredibly, genuinely kind — the kind of person you just wish the best for. He replies quickly, gives clear directions, and the place is really easy to find. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We were guests in Alessandra's B&B for 3 nights, she was very kind, friendly and helpful. Dedicated parking space, clean room equipped with all the necessary amenities, good and abundant breakfast, Alessandra was so kind as to let us have breakfast even after having gone over the scheduled time. Absolutely recommended.

The place at Dina's is really great. It was nice and quiet, the garden is fully fenced, so my dog could and was allowed to run free. For a walk, we went right up the hill full of olive trees. We also did a nice trail run. You can be at the lake or at supermarkets in minutes. But the special thing about the place is Dina herself. She is a really great, dear, warm, friendly and talkative lady and always strives to make you feel comfortable. My search dog Dami and I really had a great time. Thank you :)

Thank you Maurizio for your great breakfasts and conversations. Accommodation one of best I have experienced with private bathroom and sleeping area with some access to main living area. Well situated and well served by public transport. It would be wise to become familiar with transport system as this would free you to view the many sites, host most helpful with this and he is a font of knowledge. Grazie altrettanto

We had such a lovely stay at Il Paluffo! The property itself was beautiful and the views of the Tuscan countryside cannot be beat. The staff was very friendly and truly went above and beyond for us in a time of need. Meaning — I would highly recommend renting a car if you stay here, you can get an Uber/taxi to the property but they will not come back and pick you up! A car will also be helpful when going to wineries/restaurants since most of them are not walkable. Other than our transportation hiccup, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Stefania is a wonderful host. She pampered us with great pastries and a warm welcome, making us feel at home. The stay at this beautiful B&By nestled in the Umbrian countryside was definitely refreshing.

I took a last min detour from Rome to Florence and stumbled on this Gem!!! The rooms are New and modern and beautifully decorated. The included breakfast is great and the hosts are absolutely fantastic!! Looking forward to visiting from Milwaukee again !!!

I had a wonderful stay at Anelida’s place. She was so welcoming and kind as was her husband, even with the language barrier. The place was in a nice location, super clean and she provided everything we could have needed. It felt private even though being in a shared house and the breakfast was such a nice treat. An absolute delight to stay at Casacenti for our Sienna visit. Stefano and Piero were friendly and welcoming. Communication was excellent from booking to checkout. Very clear checkin instructions and very flexible. We throughly enjoyed the gold room which was sparkling clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the breakfast service, especially the delicious croissants and excellent coffee with friendly hosts offering local assistance. Location was excellent. A short walk from the main square and also well located for car parking. As an Airbnb host myself I really appreciated our stay and would not hesitate to visit again and to recommend to others. This was the sixth town we visited on this trip and far and away the best accommodation experience!

It was an amazing experience for us. We stayed with a group of 3 at the place. The home was stylish, nicely decorated and extremely clean and neat. What is very special about our stay is, awesome pasticerries made by a real Italian Chef Mariagrazia. I will strongly recommend her breakfasts and delicious pasticerries. Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

Staying at Le Dune was a wonderful experience. The property was pristine, the hosts were absolutely lovely and the location in the Tuscany countryside could not have been more beautiful. We opted for the dinner on site and it was absolutely amazing, breakfast served in the garden was also perfect. We are so happy that we found this gem and we hope to return as soon as possible.

Great experience. The room is really nice, equipped with everything you need and above all... very clean. Rosy was an exceptional host and provided precise directions on house rules and location. The property is just outside the historic center of Arezzo and in a strategic location for visiting Florence and Siena. Super recommended.
