Villa Kinga is about 100 meters from the sea and about 250 meters from the Marechiaro train station. The 65 sqm Villa Kinga 2 apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with kitchenette and 1 bathroom. Outside, on the patio, there is a private Jacuzzi. There is also a sauna and an outdoor swimming pool shared with guests of the Villa Kinga 1 apartment. For greater privacy, you can rent both apartments, which can be connected through a door, and have the entire villa to yourself

Catherine’s home

Our studio house is located in a quiet area among other private houses, 2 km from the sea and 800 m from all infrastructure (McDonald's, supermarket, shops, first sights, bars, etc.). Everything is within walking distance. You can get to Nettuno by train from Rome Termini in 1 hour. The house is suitable for those who would like to relax in silence from the hustle and bustle of the city, make a barbecue on their site, immerse themselves in the tranquility of country houses.
