Great stay! Germana let us check in early because our flights came in in the morning. We loved the apartment, it was in a great area to walk around, lots of food options & walking distance to the main sites. Would definitely stay here again!

Emanuele was very communicative and Cristina has good advices for city of Rome. We felt like it was our second home. Owner was always at disposal. We were 2 adults and 3 children. Recommended.

El departamento de Maurizzio cumple con todo lo enunciado en el aviso. Además había jabón para el lavarropas y lavavajilla. Cerca del Vaticano y de la estación de trenes . Bus en la esquina. Gracias Maurizzio se comunicó permanentemente. Aconsejo hospedarse en este departamento.

We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025.The location is central to everything and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The large outdoor patio was a great spot to rest and relax at the end of a busy walking day. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. The hosts were very flexible in allowing us to store our luggage a few hours before check in time. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Rome !

Arriving at Francesca’s felt like a warm hug. She had left food and drinks for our family to create ease on arrival. The apartment is compact with a spacious main bedroom and we loved the small terrace. Great location to access sights on foot. Thank you Francesca!

Loved it! The location was great…so accessible to everything. The area is very lively and gritty in the best way. If you’re looking for subdued, polished and quiet surroundings, it’s definitely not for you. But, if you like bustling and fun then it’s absolutely perfect!

E’ stato un vero piacere soggiornare presso la casa di Veronica. Ci siamo trovati benissimo ed essendo in pieno centro storico di questo bellissimo borgo la sera abbiamo fatto una bella passeggiata arrivando tra i vicoli resi ancora più suggestivi dalle luci notturne fino al bellissimo Castello Caetani che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di visitare la mattina successiva, malgrado fossimo in compagnia del nostro cane Milù. Una vera chicca di questa struttura è la grandissima vasca idromassaggio incastonata nella roccia posta al piano inferìore della casa. Davvero un soggiorno indimenticabile

The check-in process was seamless and the hosts were very welcoming. They were also responsive and friendly. They even labeled the light switches to avoid confusion, however we encountered a surprise in the bathroom. Beware there is a switch that turns on a very loud radio in the bathroom. The location is great, fantastic restaurants nearby, very walkable. Overall, the condominium was tidy and clean but we did notice some mold in the bathroom, particularly around the shower. There was also a strange odor from the shower. It’s unclear if it was from the jets or somewhere else. But we didn’t feel comfortable using the Jacuzzi tub. It was nice to be able to use the washer, but the drying rack to hang our clothes was difficult to find. We also had trouble with the umbrella outside on the terrace and the floor planks on the terrace needed to be cleaned and some of them are damaged or loose. The kitchen was immaculate and has everything you need. Recommend, though the value isn’t great.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Rome. It was the perfect space for our family to have a 4 year old needing space to play while in the apartment. Massimo was the best host we've ever had!

We loved our stay at this apartment! It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The space looks exactly like the photos, and Giorgia was a very friendly host. The metro is a 3 minute walk, easy to get into the city, and we felt safe in the area. Would recommend!

La casa de Alessio es espectacular! Todo limpio, ordenado y tal como se ve en las fotos. Alessio deja un cuaderno lleno de recomendaciones sobre lugares que visitar, restaurantes para comer, y líneas de colectivos para tomar a las diferentes atracciones! El check in es flexible y facil de realizar. El lugar es espacioso y perfecto para dos personas. Cerca de la casa están las paradas de colectivo que llevan al centro, de manera que está perfectamente conectado. Cerca también hay supermercados y todo lo que es necesario. Excelente estadía! 100% volvería!

Eine wirklich süße Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung, da Livia einen tollen Garten hat, kommt man sich ein bisschen vor wie in den Tropen wenn man auf der dazugehörigen Terrasse sitzt :) Livia war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, sie stand uns auch mit Rat und Tat zur seite, wenn wir fragen hatten :) Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Raum mit Bett, Schlafcouch, einem Tisch und 3 Stühlen und einer kleiner Küchen, natürlich auch mit Bad :) Also alles was man braucht :) Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt :)

séjour magnifique chez Salvatore qui est un hôte adorable l appartement est magnifique un belle endroit où l on peu profiter du calme et d une terrasse magnifique proche de la mer et pour passer des soirées paisible sur la terrasse je recommande à 💯% son bel appartement et on y reviendra avec plaisir merci encore pour ce beau séjour Salvatore

Eine tolle Unterkunft wenn ihr in der Nähe des Vatikans sein möchtet. Wir haben viele Attraktionen, wie Engelsburg und Pantheon, zu Fuß erkundet, und zum Kolosseum den Bus genommen. Unsere Abende haben wir auf der Dachterrasse ausklingen lassen. Von dort habt ihr einen wundervollen Blick auf den Petersdom, der nachts schön angeleuchtet ist.

We had a wonderful stay for the weekend at Catharines apartment. It was a little rocky at the start from unclear messages, my email instructed us to go to the apartment but other guests were still checking out so we ended up having to leave our luggage in the business office across the street. Fair warning if you pack a lot (I’m a terrible overpacker) the road can be tough with luggage and there are about 20 or so steps to get into the building, then a small older elevator, and then you walk the last flight to the top floor. Once you’re in the apartment it’s beautiful scenery and overlook the basilica. We loved the quick walk and semi quiet neighborhood. Rome is a very busy city but we felt very relaxed enjoying our evenings at the apartment. Catharine gave us our first Italian espresso and croissant, and then left a bottle of prosecco for us to enjoy as well. Overall wonderful stay!

Todo estuvo genial. Muy cómodo el depto.Tal cual la fotos . Zona tranquila,no molestaron los ruidos de la calle. Pudimos dejar el equipaje antes del check in y salir a recorrer es una gran ventaja. Tener lavarropas muy útil. Volvería alojarme en este alojamiento a futuro si vuelvo a Roma.

Einfaches Finnenhäuschen, mit viel Charm in zauberhafter ruhiger Umgebung. Terhi und Ivano sind wunderbare Gastgeber und standen uns immer mit Unterstützung und Hilfe zur Seite. Wir haben super Tipps bekommen für Ausflüge und viele Informationen für den Besuch von Rom. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und mitten in der Natur, trotzdem ist Rom Zentrum mit dem Zug gut erreichbar und in der Umgebung gibt es noch viel mehr wunderbare Ziele für Unternehmungen. In dem Häuschen ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bei anfallenden Problemen oder Fragen stehen die beiden Gastgeber jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir empfehlen den Aufenthalt bei Terhi und Ivano von ganzem Herzen weiter.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

Es war wirklich schön bei Licia. Wir hatten acht tolle Tage am Haus mit Pool und Whirlpool und dem riesigen Garten. Die Kinder und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Licia ist super freundlich und auch der Hausmeister ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Marco’s place is incredible. We felt so lucky to be perched on the edge of beautiful Sermoneta admiring the view from the terrace. It was so quiet that we could only hear the birds and the insects. The pool was lovely and the house is one of a kind. We were a family of 4 and managed with taxis and the train. The train into Rome is quick and comfortable and, like many others, we really valued the peace of Sermoneta after the bustle of Rome.

We had a great stay. There were lots of public transport options to get into central Rome, plenty of nice restaurants in the area and it was so great to have the pool to cool off in! Thank you!

Wir haben mit drei Paaren und einem Kind wunderbare Tage in Frascati verbracht. Flavios Haus ist ein wunderschöner Ort, an dem wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Pool, der tolle Garten und der Pizzaofen waren große Highlights für alle. Vielen Dank für alles!

I only have positive things to say about this stay. I arranged a trip for 9 persons, and stayed in the villa for an extended weekend. Everything is as described + a bit better. The town in Fregene too is also cozy and quiet - a nice contrast to the all the impressions we got from the 2 days we went to Rome. However, the most credit I need to give to Simonetta. She was such a great help in recommending us trips and places to go. A asked quite some questions leading up to our stay, and every time she replied prompt and with great suggestions. She even helped book taxi transfers to the train station, a wine tasting event (GREAT experience), and a dinner that was delivered to the villa one night, that we just needed to heat in the oven (GREAT experience too). I highly recommend Simonetta and her villa. -David

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Sarah war immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns direkt alle Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus ist eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern und sehr privat und ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto sollte man aber haben. Ansonsten war alles top und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist hoch und sicher eingezäunt sodass wir auch mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr entspannen konnten. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe und ansonsten ist Nettuno ein netter Ort. Man kann Abends nach nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto lecker essen gehen. Ein ganz kleiner Punktabzug ist die Kaffeemaschine... Da gibt es leider nur eine Bialetti, aber dafür gibt's bei den Sternen natürlich absolut keinen Abzug. Das Haus ist super und sehr gut ausgestattet. Danke für die tolle Auszeit!
