The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The residence I'm offering is new, very bright, tastefully decorated and well furnished. It's located near San Giovanni in Laterano and is perfectly connected with downtown Rome, Colosseo, airports and train stations. The metro "A" stop of Piazza Re di Roma is a 5 minutes walk and right in front of the apartment there is a bus stop 85, they both take downtown. In the surrounding areas there are markets, restaurants, bar, gelato shops and many other shopping stores.

Just Behind Coliseum 3

The apartment is located in Monti, the oldest neighbourhood of Rome. It is very near to Coliseum and to Imperial Forum (about 200 meters). You can get there easily from Central Railways Station (Stazione Termini) in few minutes or you will spend less of one hour from Fiumicino or Ciampino airport (by train, taxi or bus) . It is suitable for couples, friends, families with children and for business trips.

Boheme Cottage with swimming pool

Boheme Cottage is in the south part of Rome and has a nice garden all around. Nearby there is the archeological spot of Parco dell'Appia Antica and the Sanctuary of Santa Maria del Divino Amore. The swimming pool is open from early June to late September.

The building where the apartment is located it’s situated just at the opposite of the East entrance of Colle Oppio park, where once stood the famous Nero's Doums Aurea in a few minutes you can easily walk to the Colosseum and the ancient Forum.
