Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. Very large, cozy cottage on Little Twin Lake, which is one of the cleanest/clearest lakes in Michigan! The property is situated on a large wooded lot (over 1 acre). Located only 30 minutes from Traverse City, Boyne Mountain Resort, and Gaylord. 20 minutes from Torch Lake and Bellaire. 15 minutes from Shanty Creek Golf and Ski Resort. The location is great for 4 seasons of outdoor fun. The cottage includes a huge deck which overlooks the lake, a large dock, 5 kayaks, a rowboat, and a pedal boat!
