I found myself staying here for a long enough time waiting to move to my new home and I have to honestly say that it couldn't have been better for me! Thank you!!

The room is warm and comfortable, with sufficient heating in winter, and the temperature is always pleasant. The whole house is equipped with mosquito screens, which can enjoy natural ventilation without worrying about mosquitoes. The details are very user-friendly. The landlord is warm and friendly, and the communication is efficient. It is a 3-minute walk to the supermarket and bus station

I had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is great! and the terrace is just amazing —such a perfect spot to relax. Rocca is charming and picturesque. Stefania was attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. Highly recommend! and already can't back to come back 6x⭐

I fell in love with this place even before I entered it, only for the sweetness, kindness, and selflessness of the owner 😊Joanna, who helped me with any of my requests, even preventing it. The house is delicious, super clean, aesthetically beautiful and well finished, a very cozy apartment, equipped with any comfort or accessory, from the washing machine, to the dishwasher, to the oven, to the microwave, to the endless cups, cups, dishes or similar that made me feel at home. Queen bed with a great mattress, which is not at all obvious. Outside the apartment there is a small patio, with a small table and two chairs, where you can have a romantic breakfast or lunch for two. We will definitely return in the spring/summer, also because Palestrina and surroundings are pleasant to visit, and in addition to taking a tour of the countries, we will go in search of outdoor summer pools.
