Beautiful Lake Hartwell garage apartment for anyone - families, couples, singles, business professionals, fishermen & women! Peaceful area. Less than 3 miles to public boat ramp. Full use of dock, pedal boat, floats, chairs. Tie your boat to the side of the dock. Very short walk to the dock, wagon available to pull things down the path. Furnished kitchen & beach towels provided. Historic downtown Hartwell square with quaint shops & restaurants is 10 miles away. Strong Wifi - TP Link Mesh system.

Lake Hartwell! Fun in the Sun and Great Fishing!

If you need a place near Clemson, I-85, Greenville, river rafting, hiking, antique shopping, or if you just want to getaway with your friends and family to enjoy fun in the sun with beautiful sunsets and campfires, this is the perfect place for you!! Oh, and the fishing is fantastic! This rental includes the ENTIRE LOWER LEVEL of our waterfront home, and can sleep 6 adults! Please note that this is attached to our private residence but you have a completely separate entryway and 100% privacy!

A perfect place to spread out & enjoy a forest retreat. This is a 1500 sq/ft, a newly furnished terrace level of our home that can accommodate 6+ with a Murphy bed in third bedroom. It has a full kitchen ready to cook a big meal and washer/dryer and pool table SmartTV with Roku that can connect to all your favorite online channels as well as SlingTV for sports or other popular channels, Hi-Definition antennae for local stations. Pets are not allowed as some of our guests have allergies.

No Cleaning Fee. We are located on Lake Hartwell. Our goal is to keep our prices down so that families and those on a budget can enjoy relaxing on the lake for a good price. We do have a dock and we can help you locate boat rentals if you are interested. We offer kayaks and paddleboards free of charge. 20 minutes from Clemson and 7 from Green Pond Landing. Great for fishermen and students also! Come relax at the bonfire pit and grill up a great dinner!

Beautiful setting on Lake Hartwell. Guests will have the entire downstairs which includes 2 bedrooms, bar area and entertainment area. Guests may bring their boat and dock it. There is plenty of room for trailer parking on premise and the boat ramp is less than 1/4 mile from house. Stay includes 2 hand thrown coffee mugs made by Purple Unicorn Pottery. Please note upstairs is private residence, hosts live there.
