Water Place fit our needs perfectly! We were able to be together as a larger family under one roof for our family Christmas. The well stocked kitchen was a huge help, and we enjoyed the peaceful river views.

This place was perfect for our long weekend to visit our son at Wartburg College. The atmosphere was beautiful, convenient and exactly as described. Timothy is a fabulous host, extremly accomidating and responded to anything we needed very quickly.

This was our first AirBnB experience. The home was amazing! And absolutely fantastic host with very friendly and responsive communication. Wonderful house, beautiful views and luxurious amenities! Would definitely stay here again!! Superior all around!!!

Denice was amazing! She was quick to respond to any questions I had and after a 20 plus hour drive, I had a lot because my brain wasn’t working at that point! Her place was very clean and I felt extremely comfortable staying there. I would definitely recommend Denice’s place to anyone who just needs a simple and comfortable place to stay in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area.
